‘Tis the season for pumpkin spiced lattes, pumpkin pies, candy, and all fun themed foods!!! 🎃🍂🍭 Just know that you can have all that and STILL achieve your fitness goals.
Moderation is key. Most people have a skewed understanding of what “moderation” actually means. It means that you can still eat these foods with either modified portion size or the frequency you eat that food. If either of those variables are either too much or frequent, that’s when the fun foods can have a counterproductive effect on your fitness goals.
Finding that balance is the key to sustaining your progress in your fitness journey and to enjoying life in general!
