One of the best memories I ever had- Jodhpur and the only thing I regret about Jodhpur is not getting to meet @rudraksh_singh_bhati bhaiji. But overall this was a great trip, great experience. The people are so good and welcoming. They will always keep your request no matter how bizzare they are. When you are in town, you aren't a guest or tourist, you are Family. The sweetness, the beauty, the hospitality, the food. The only thing I actually hate about this whole trip is it ended.
The thing about short-lived romances is they're fluid, and exhaustive, and intense, and fanatic. When you have a time bomb ticking over an association that you just got acquainted to, parts of you go haywire, all atoms inside you forming molecules that you don't recognize. You run, towards all that you don't know, towards each other, and you collide like two individual molecules determined to form inseparable compounds. The thing with short-lived romance is they come with an avalanche of belonging, that you bury yourself in hoping it doesn't slide over and away. The thing with short-lived romances is they bring you with people that tell you what you are and what you could be. The thought of something dying makes you feel more alive. The thing with short-lived romances is that they're lived in entirety.
Over the years I've been stumbling on different definition of what the word 'Home' means. Home is often where you want it to be. It has been places, thoughts, people, feelings, concepts, choices, songs and so much more. The last few years, I've been to many places with so many people. I have been running around two cities and it felt like 'home' dangles on two extremes, on one side of which, I feel it's unstable, lost and fleeting. On the other side, it feels like a union of all that I've been around, all that has been through me. I've placed multiple homes in several places, memories, that the resounding essence of "home" now sounds quite similar to the echo that an escape leaves behind. I still hold a hope inducing stone on my chest for a day will come when I step in and out of myself and come back to say, "I'm home."
I am really sorry but this night I'm really nostalgic about all the good memories that I have and for all the ones that I have I have to thank @aman .ag2407 @rishi_ag_ @_kushaljain_ @poet .aryanlohia @simarchhabra08 and my squad. But this one is special to me. This goes way back to 2015 when I first studied the Indian Parliament. I was told that we can also visit it as a field trip but no we didn't ever get the chance. Then I attended my first Model UN. I made it a point in all my Model UNs to know more and more about the Indian Parliament, Poltics and most importantly, Indian Polity. And all of this couldn't have been possible without @sailesh_singhal bhaiya whom I still can't thank enough. To get an opportunity to walk in the same corridors as the same leaders as Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, Indira Gandhi ji, @rajubistabjp was more than a good experience. It was a moment when I almost died of excitement. A special thanks to @adv_rajeshdubey ji for bearing with me. Frankly saying if I ever get an opportunity to visit this place again it surely won't be as a visitor.
I know Holi 2020 was crazy and lit AF but you know which record remained unbroken? Ours brother! Best Holi I ever celebrated was with you man. Three hours and not much water allowed. Let's see how do we do this? Fucking blow their head off! This guy's ladies and gentlemen is a gem. The best part is this gem is someone I can't lose. Tried. Failed. Comes back no matter how far we go. Almost a decade now and still this guy is my best friend. Beat that record, bitch.
Today I met three times International Champion, Ashok Chakrobody ji. Son of a freedom fighter he has the same passion as his father. He has made the country proud multiple times. Even though he is 45 years old he continues to train about 70 young people to go ahead and make India proud. However, he lacks the necessary funds to provide the infrastructure for training this people. He requires Rs 18,55,000 to provide for the infrastructure. Even after repeated request to the Government and the Ministry of Sports he has had no response. He even had inspection from SAI for the funds but no response was taken. I urge Shree @kiren .rijiju to look into this and help Shree Ashok Chakrobody ji. The Honb'le PM @narendramodi ji has always given importance to Khelo India but what if they don't have the equipments to excel in this field?
Do you know what I want to be like? It's not Gandhi, Reagen, Roosevelt or Ike. It's my father. Who taught me to drive and skate? Who taught me to love and not hate? It's my father. The man I'll respect till I die. Who also taught me to try, It's my father. He was never too busy for me; He's my ideal man, totally. My father. Love you dad.❤️
I had humble opportunity of meeting Honb'le Member of Parliament for Darjeeling, Shree @rajubistabjp ji. He strongly believes in the potential of the Youth of Darjeeling and looks on it's young people being part of to transform India as decision makers.
