October 2019⠀ I was off on the Trans Siberian Rail Journey, almost through SBA with @violahug the biggest (unseen ) investment I had ever made on myself. I had no idea what I was doing; but I knew that this picture of me with a walnut was going to do something. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ February 2020 It is so much more than just a picture of me with a walnut. @walnutwednesday ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Gratitude & Growth @libbylightleader

My name is Lara, but you can call me Lazz. I am a big ol' loveable dork that aims to make the world a better place by sharing my moments, no matter how big or small, of bravery and courage aka 'walnuttings' on @walnutwednesday with you. I decided to share these because I want to implement change. I want it to be OK to not be OK, I want it to be safe, to be honest with myself & others, I want, when I have moments of peanutting, doubt, imposter syndrome, bully demon, to recognize it, feel it and get to the bottom of where it came from. I want to learn, grow and enjoy the journey of finding myself; and you're most welcome to join me. It is my hope and so close to my heart, that maybe tomorrow, we all might just like ourselves a tiny bit more - and a bit after that - and again some more, after that! #walnutwednesday

The Great Wall of China ✅ 5000km across 12 provinces & started building 2500 years ago. Many workers died during the building of it and being so far away from the city, were just buried under it; so it is also said to be the biggest cemetary in the world! The part we climbed was over 600 years old. #travelazz

PEANUT ALERT There are so many things I despise about this picture, namely, the three month size food baby located in me belly region. But you know what? I've been living on kartoshka, three course meals and noodles for almost four weeks and who.the.hell would NOT have a food baby after that?! #walnutwednesday represent! Be true, be you, eat the potatos and DONT crop your photos 🐽 #travelazz

The Temple of Heaven was built 1420 and is in the southern part of Beijing. It is also a park on the way in, where you will find locals playing chinese cards. It is the largest temple in china and was built with no nails! Just pillars: 4 to represent the seasons & 12 to represent the months. #travelazz
