I’ve had lots of requests to show more ways you can utilize bands if you don’t have any weights at home!! 🏡💙 Here’s an upper body workout I did (back and triceps focused ) using smaller loop bands and longer bands! Von mir kommt diese Woche eher weniger da ich die Woche eingeteilt bin und Vollzeit arbeiten muss👩🏼‍⚕️. Aber dafür hab ich dann entspannt die nächste Woche frei ☺️🙏🏼. Eigentlich finde ich es ganz schön das ich noch arbeiten gehen darf. Auf Dauer nur zuhause zu sein kann ja auch sehr „schwierig“ werden sage ich mal. Und so bleibe ich wenigstens etwas im Rhythmus. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Wie ist das zur Zeit bei euch ?
