Lower Body EMOM 🔥🍑 - I have been loving EMOM’s lately especially since working out at home. They make you sweat, they don’t take a long time & minimal equipment is needed!! 😅 - EMOM = every minute on the minute. For each minute you complete one exercise, whatever time you have left over in that minute after completing all the reps is your rest. Let’s go back to basics because sitting at desks/couches all day is killing our poor core muscles and low backs. I see these plank challenges all the time and if you’re not doing your plank correctly doing more of them won’t help! Even worse, it could set you up for injury. If you can’t control your form with your toes on the ground, work on doing planks from your knees until you can. Get your form right first, then work on doing them for longer. Leave any questions for me in the comments!

Neztrácejte čas s lidmi, kteří o vás nestojí. Dlouho jsem se snažila všem zalíbit, být ta cool holka, snažila jsem se, aby mě měli všichni rádi. Skončilo to ale tak, že jsem za 1 ) byla akorát já nešťastná a za 2 ) to těm lidem stejně nebylo dost. Ne nadarmo se říká “buďte sami sebou” , protože pokud budete, najdou si vás lidi, kteří o vás opravdu stojí a budou si vás vážit takových, jací jste, kvůli kterým se nebudete muset měnit ani přetvařovat. Neudržujte zbytečně vztahy, ve kterých se snažíte jen vy a druhá osoba vám nic nevrací. Ve vztahu (jakémkoliv ) musí pracovat oba, ne jenom jeden. Zaměřte se na lidi, kteří vás berou jako prioritu stejně jako vy je a nesnažte se, aby vás někdo začal mít rád. ABS AT HOME 🏡💦 - Nhoéll roll’n in my @womensbest shake while I’m training, he knows what mum need 😋 In this home workout you need something to put your feet on, like a sofa as I use! - 1️⃣ Plank to knee touch // 4 set x 20 reps total 2️⃣ Bridge single leg crunches // 4 set x 20 reps total 3️⃣ Mountain climbers // 4 set x 20 reps total 4️⃣ Plank rotations // 4 set x 8-10 reps each side - - ‼️TIP: In exercise 2 (Bridge SL crunches ), make sure to lift your head and press your chin against your chest and activate your core through the full movement. This exercises also activate your gluteus and hamstrings so it’s important to think abs when you do it so you focus on training the right muscle group for this workout.
