Which noodles do you prefer - Team Zucchini or Team Shirataki ? . #FaceToFaceFriday Looking back at old pictures, I still can’t believe that was me. For a long time I didn’t see it or feel it. The closer I got to 200, the more I started to see it in my face and the more I started to feel it in my legs, hips, and joints. I started sleeping poorly and was always out of breath. My why was the veins in my legs, but my instant motivation was knowing my husbands 20 year reunion was at the end of the month 😳 I haven’t seen his friends in a few years and I didn’t want them seeing me the way I was feeling. I also knew I’d be introduced to dozens of people who I’d never met before, and I’d probably never see again. That got me to quit waiting for tomorrow to start.... what’s your instant motivation? #SideBySideSaturday 😳 5 months & 50 lbs. Determination & will power. Pound by pound. For everyone’s questions: 189-139 I’m 5’6” No I did not workout (but I work and have 4 kids ) I intermittent fast ALMOST everyday from 8pm-12 I RARELY have a cheat meal and when I do it’s a Mexican style salad with black beans. When I maintain I will add back beans more regularly, most veggies and some fruit. (I’m not a big fruit person. ) I have not had any bread, pasta, potatoes, potato chips, regular cookies etc. and I will probably never go back to them. BUT IT’S SO WORTH IT!!

Ein Wunsch verändert nichts, eine Entscheidung alles 💥 Warum hat es bei mir “plötzlich” mit dem Abnehmen geklappt und warum nicht die 100 Mal zuvor? Weil mir irgendwann klar war, dass sich nur vom Wünschen nichts ändert. Die Motivation klopft nicht plötzlich an der Tür an und auch die Schokolade hat weiterhin so viele Kalorien wie sie nunmal hat! Aber ich habe begriffen, dass ich es in der Hand habe. Ich kann entscheiden! Und das habe ich, mit allen Konsequenzen 🙂. Glaubt mir, das war nicht leicht. Ich erinnere mich zu gut an die Zerrissenheit, diese unbändige Gier nach Süßigkeiten auf der einen und der Wille, Abnehmen zu wollen, auf der anderen Seite 😌. In mir hat so oft ein Kampf getobt und ich habe so oft aus Verzweiflung geweint, aber ich hatte mich entschieden und ich wusste, egal was kommen mag, ich ziehe das durch und nichts und niemand wird mich davon abbringen 💪🏻! Und das habe ich und es war jede Mühe wert. An alle, die noch am Anfang ihrer Abnehmreise stehen, möchte ich sagen: du bist nicht allein. Dinner tonight was good old spag bol with home made garlic bread and some cheeky broccoli for 7syns 😍. . To make the garlic bread I used 30g self raising flour (4.5syns ) mixed with 25g full fat greek yoghurt (0.5syn ), then kneaded for a couple of minutes and then rolled out and fried in half a tsp of olive oil (1syn ) on both sides for a couple of minutes. Then mix about 5g of butter (1syn ) with a crushed garlic clove and then spread over the bread and sprinkle some mixed herbs and pop in the oven for 5-10mins (keep an eye on it! ). . Totally delicious! .
