Day 2 in Furlough and I’m missing my routine so much. I used to EASILY wake up at 5.30am each morning, get my ass to the gym, smash out a workout and then be at work for 8am. Now? I’m waking up at around 8am (which I’m not complaining about - loving this extra sleep I’m getting ) but the time it takes me to actually get out of bed is getting later and later. I didn’t manage to get on my run until 9am today, which may seem early for some but seeing as I was lying in bed for an hour I don’t feel like I was being very productive🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve forced myself on my run, forced myself to do my workout and now I can happily lie in my bed all day in my pjs with the knowledge that I have at least achieved something positive today. Today I am resting and resetting my body, hoping for a better mindset tomorrow✨ What are you doing with your day today??

Comfort is 🔑 _ Not had the best few days pain wise and it sure is getting to me, isolating doesn’t feel like isolating to me right now, it just feels like my normal flare up life... which just feels kind of ‘odd’ and I can’t really describe it _ Getting lost in which day it is, which is probably due to the fact I can’t actually make it through a whole day 🥴 I’m resigned to the fact that this might just have to be how it is for a while _ You could say that uni work gives me structure and keeps me sane. But at the same time I’m sat here doing it knowing I’m whatever I’m doing will not be a reflection of my true potential, it will always have a cloud of nerve pain over it _ #stayhome please, stay safe and look after yourself and those that you love ❤️
