I made @chocolatecoveredkatie ’s vegan chocolate silk pie, and it’s the first pie my kids have ever loved. I accidentally bought silken tofu instead of extra firm, but it turned out perfectly. Melted dark chocolate chips, silken tofu, almond milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of both salt and coffee grinds — all in an Oreo crust (Oreos + avocado oil butter ). It was so creamy and rich! Toast almonds in a skillet on medium heat, stirring often until fragrant and golden browned (approx. 8-10 mins ). Remove from heat. 3. Resep: Membuat 10 potong 3 cangkir tepung serbaguna 1 cangkir gula tebu organik 1 sdt garam 1 sdm baking powder 1 3/4 cangkir susu almond, tanpa pemanis (hangat ) 1 cangkir minyak kelapa halus, lelehkan 2 sdt ekstrak vanili 4 sdm jus lemon 2 sdm kulit lemon 4 sdm biji poppy Lapisan: 1 cangkir gula bubuk organik 1-2 sdm jus lemon Metode: 1. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 350 derajat F dan olesi loyang roti berukuran 9 "x 5" dengan minyak kelapa dan taburi sedikit dengan tepung dan sisihkan. 2. Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok susu almond hangat, minyak kelapa leleh, ekstrak vanila, jus lemon dan kulit lemon. 3. Selanjutnya tambahkan gula tebu ke dalam cairan dan kocok. Lalu tambahkan garam, baking powder dan aduk. 4. Tambahkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam cairan, aduk di antaranya. 5. Just when you thought you couldn't love donuts any more... we're onto our second donut day Melbourne! A new phrase only learned yesterday, a donut day is when coronavirus cases are at 0. It has been a really long slog for everyone but we can all feel proud of where we are right now. I was equal parts giddy yesterday as well as sad for countries that are experiencing their second wave and now Paris that has claimed it's out of their control. How is everyone else feeling? I'm eager to get out and support the businesses that have suffered throughout our second wave and cross fingers in the hopes of endless donut days. I made a batch of donuts last week and had some help to decorate from the little dudes. They aren’t too sweet, but perfectly satisfy your sweet tooth and don’t leave you feeling weighed down or sick for the rest of your morning: ) (also a huge hit with the family ) INGREDIENTS oat crumble: -1 1/2 cups of rolled oats -1 cup of almond flour -1 tsp baking powder -3/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar -1/2 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil - 1 tsp vanilla Berry filling -2 cups of desired frozen berries (thawed/microwaved ) - 3 tbsp of lemon juice - 1/2 cup of coconut sugar - 1 tbsp of xanthax gum or 2 tbsp of cornstarch INSTRUCTIONS • preheat oven to 350 and grease a square baking dish with vegan butter • mix together dry oat crumble ingredients lastly adding the melted vegan butter to form the base. Vegan lemon loaf cake with strawberry glaze via @foodie .yuki ⁠ ⁠ Ingredients for one 22 cm loaf cake:⁠ 250g 2 cups spelt or all purpose flour⁠ 2 tsp baking powder⁠ 1 pinch of salt⁠ 80g (1/2 cup less 1 tbsp ) granulated sugar⁠ 80g ( 1/2 cup less 1 tbsp ) light brown sugar⁠ 70 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tsp ) neutral vegetable oil⁠ 220 ml (1 cup less 1 tbsp ) plant milk (I used soy )⁠ 30 ml (2 tbsp ) lemon juice⁠ 2 tbsp organic lemon zest (about 2 lemons )⁠ 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/ extract⁠ Strawberry glaze⁠ 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries⁠ 1 tbsp sugar⁠ 1/2 tbsp lemon juice⁠ 1 tbsp plant milk⁠ 160g icing sugar⁠ ⁠ Instructions⁠ Preheat the oven to 175| 350F. Line a 22 cm loaf tin with parchment paper.⁠ Sift the flour and baking powder in a large bowl.⁠ Mix the vegetable oil, salt and sugars together in a medium bowl. Add in the lemon zest, vanilla and milk and stir to combine.⁠ Add the lemon juice and whisk to combine.⁠ Pour the wet ingredients over the flour and whisk until just combined.⁠ Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-47 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.⁠ Let cool down into the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.⁠ For the strawberry glaze:⁠ Add the chopped strawberries in a bowl together with sugar and lemon juice and stir to combine. Stir and mash with fork, letting sit at room temperature until strawberry juice is produced. Combine 1 tbsp of the strawberry juice with the icing sugar and milk and pour over the cool cake.

This is called pizza bianca By @sculptedkitchen Recipe: Artichoke pesto 1 cup of jarred artichoke halves 1/4 cup of the liquid from the artichoke jar 1/2 cup of basil leaves 2 tsp of cilantro paste or handful of cilantro leaves 3/4 tsp of pink salt 2 tsp of garlic paste 2 Tblspn of toasted pine nuts. Juice of half lemon 1/2 tsp of paprika Dairy free parmesan (optional ) Throw ingredients together in a food processor and blend. Pizza crust Ingredients 🍕 2.5 cups flour 🍕 2 1/4 tsp of active yeast. 🍕 1 T of coconut sugar 🍕 3/4 teaspoon salt . 🍕 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of dried Italian seasoning. 1 T of vegetable stock seasoning (optional ). 🍕 2 Tablespoons olive oil. 🍕 1 cup of warm water. . Method: 1. Add your yeast to the warm water. Then add sugar. Stir briefly and then leave in a warm place. Leave for 10 mins or until foamy. 2. Add all your remaining ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Add olive oil and your yeast mixture. Add more flour if too runny or add more water if too doughy. Usually I need to add a bit of flour. Leave to rise covered, for at least an hour. 4. Roll out your dough. Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Spread a layer of artichoke pesto on your dough. 3. Layer on your mozzarella and toppings. 4. ESPRESSO COOKIE LAYER CAKE 🍪 I made this cake a couple of months ago for David’s 30th. Inspired by his favorite ice cream flavor, I thought it would be fun to recreate it - in cake form! It has an Oreo cookie crumb, espresso buttercream, and dark chocolate ganache in each layer.
