These are the following tricks that helped me keep motivated. ✔️Schedule it If you having trouble working out consistently, anoter trick is actually build your workouts into your schedule. ✔️Make it a ritual When you have a ritual, like brushing your teeth and washing your face before bed, you no longer have to think about it. ✔️Start small When you're trying to establish a new habit, it's never a good idea to commit to too much right away. It can only result in one thing-failure --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Uno ya sabe que debe hacer ejercicio periódicamente, después de todo el ejercicio no solo te mantiene en forma sino que te ayuda a vivir una vida más larga, activa y saludable. Los tres trucos que me ayudaron a mantenerme motivada y hacer ejercicio son: 1. Ponerlo en mi calendario Al hacerlo parte de mi rutina diaria, lo veía como ir a trabajar e ir a la escuela. 2. 3 week mark! This is one of my three girls training on my signature program via a PT session and a program for them to do! Each of their goals is fat loss and muscle build, shape and definition. This pic is @crone_to_queen in week three!! The improvement in the appearance and shape of her legs is starting! And the good thing is, she can see it! Weight loss is a slow journey, but done correctly when combining good nutrition and exercise, can be a habit you form that will see you through life! Too often we want the quick fix!! That instant gratification of weight loss! When realistically, losing weight at a rapid rate more often than not leads to failure. Leads to putting the weight back on and sometimes putting on more than you lost. Do you really want that? Or would you want a plan and support to make healthy living a life long lifestyle? Another important thing to remember in your journey is that your chapter three is someone else’s chapter ten! No two people will lose at the same rate! ⁣ Why is gravity so weak?⁣ ⁣ If I had to simply express the key to kettlebell training, it would definitely be to recover while the kettlebell is weightless. ⁣ ⁣ Use the explosive power of your hips to launch the bell and condition your body to be able to slightly rest while the KB is floating. When you don’t have to maintain tension between your hand(s ) and the kettlebell, don’t. Over time you progress, making your sets larger and heavier. That’s it. ⁣ ⁣ This concludes my Ted Talk.
