Bodyweight intervals - 45s - 6 Apr Circuit - 3 sets Hip thrust 45s x 18 Walkout to push-up 45s x 4 Wall sit 45s Plank 45s Circuit - 2 sets Bear crawl 45s x 16 Single leg kickback 45s x 10 Plank jack in elbows 45s x 30 Stir the pot 45s x 8 So today was a Rest day, not least because I was on a work call at 4:30 and had limited time. Plus your body requires recovery from harder efforts. I pulled up a 30 minute interval body weight routine. In addition to the Video I provide you with a guide on how-to build a 6’6” standard barbell from hardware store supplies. Supplies: 1 piece 3/4” schedule 40 PVC - 6’6” long 1 piece 1/2” black steel pipe - 6’ (it was cheaper than galvanized ) 2 - 1/2” x 2.5” pipe to (fill the ends ) 2 - 1” x 3/4” PVC bushing ( to make shoulders for the weight plates ) PVC glue 2 - 7/8” locking hole plugs Cut the ends off the bushings so you have a sleeve to slide down the bar at least 12” in each side. Secure with PVC glue. Slide the 1/2” pipe s into pvc with the two short pieces on either end. Glue the locking caps in. Voila! A standard barbell. How was your day? Motivation Monday! Day 2 of my self challenge to cycle everyday. Dang was that a workout.. dripping sweat after the warm up!! So awesome to get different rush rides as we progress with virtual classes. . . . During these new times I find it easier and easier to fall into bad habits. Junk food, sleeping in extra late, not moving around. I was in that swing but it was the sluggish feeling that I am not used to that made me realize.. time to switch it up for the better. . . . Here I am day 2, putting in work(after sleeping in and missing my 7am Rush ride live with colleen ... which I will 4 sure make tomorrow! Super missing my rush fam.... ) Making sure I make no excuses!! I am home and with a bike.. what more can a girl ask 4 who wants to #feeltherush ?!?! . . . Als je gul bent met je oliën en boter, onthoud dan dat ze calorieën bevatten! (veel em ‘ ) ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 2️⃣ Onnauwkeurige portiegroottes. Je houdt van pindakaas ... Maar meet je echt 1 eetlepel af? Of eet je meerdere porties en volg je het maar als 1 portie? Wees eerlijk! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 3️⃣ Heb je tijdens het weekend een ‘traktatie’ of lekker eten gegeten? Stoer! Ik hoop dat je het leuk vond! Maar weet gewoon dat die calorieën er nog steeds toe doen, ongeacht of u besluit ze bij te houden of niet.? ⁣⁣⁣ 4️⃣ Ben je een fan van room en suiker in je koffie? Dat is oké als je dat bent. Weet gewoon dat de calorieën van room en suiker vrij snel kunnen oplopen, vooral als je elke dag koffie drinkt. Zwarte koffie bevat 0 calorieën en u kunt altijd 0 calorie-zoetstoffen toevoegen! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 5️⃣ Probeer je meer salades aan je dieet toe te voegen? Super goed! Groenten zijn erg gunstig om te hebben. Maar let op. Saladedressings, vooral romige, bevatten veel calorieën en kunnen een salade van 300 calorieën SNEL omzetten in een salade met meer dan 600 calorieën! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 6️⃣ Als je suikerhoudende dranken zoals frisdrank, zoete thee of sappen drinkt, tellen die calorieën heel snel op en besef je het misschien niet eens.
