Ever heard of the anabolic window? There is some kind of 90’s myth out there, that says that if you don’t consume protein up to 30 mins after your workout, you miss your anabolic window and todays workout goes to waste. This is complete bullshit. However, there is an anabolic window, but it is 4-6 hours long. So don’t rush yourself home from the gym just to drink a nauseating protein shake. It is best to spread protein consumption throughout the day. It is good eat protein before bed in order to let your body synthesize protein while you are asleep, and when you wake up to let your body start synthesizing protein once more. Mahlzeit alle zusammen 🍽🙋🏼‍♀️ Dieses Gericht ist durch Zufall entstanden (weil nichts anderes mehr im Vorrat war 🤦‍♀️ und ich irgendwie improvisieren musste🤷‍♀️ ) und bei meinen Jungs so gut angekommen, dass ich es mit euch teilen möchte ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ . Ihr benötigt für 4 Personen: 🔹️2 Pakete Capeletti mit Spinat Ricotta Füllung 🔹️2 Pakete Patros mit Kräutern 🔹️Lauchzwiebeln 🔹️1 Dose Kicherebsen 🔹️2 Hände voll TK Erbsen 🔹️etwas Milch 🔹️Gewürze nach Geschmack 🔹️Natron . Zubereitung: Die TK Erbsen in Wasser mit etwas Natron kochen (so bleiben sie schön grün ). Ich mag die Erbsen noch etwas bissfest, daher koche ich sie nur ca 5 Minuten. Die Cappelletti kurz vor Kochende dazu geben, da diese nur 2 Minuten ziehen müssen. Anschliessend beides abgießen und bei Seite stellen. Den klein geschnittenen Patros in etwas Milch erhitzen, so dass er schmilzt. Kichererbsen Leckerei ✨ Hier eine kleine Rezeotinspiration für Protein Bites aus Kichererbsenmehl. Hierfür habe ich das Kichererbsenmehl zuvor einige Minuten in der Pfanne geröstet, denn rohes Kichererbsenmehl enthält Stoffe die unbekömmlich sind. In einer zweiten Pfanne habe ich dann Kokosöl verflüssigt und mit Ingwerpulver(viel ), Agavendicksaft, Zimt, etwas Salz/ Muskat und Anis gewürzt und mit Wasser verflüssigt. In diese Flüssigkeit habe ich dann das Kichererbsenmehl geknetet. Für die Bites habe ich die entstandene Maße auf einem Backpapier flach ausgeformt und im Kühlschrank durchhärten lassen. Wenn das geschehen ist, kann man die Bites in die gewünschte Form schneiden & dekorieren. 🌱GEMÜSE THUNFISCH PFANNE🌱 . Da ich von der Woche noch Zucchini, Kohlrabi und Salat übrig hatte, wurde das Ganze zu einer leckeren Gemüsepfanne verarbeitet - zusätzlich habe ich noch Thunfisch hinzugegeben👍🏻😌 auf jeden Fall ein Rezept der schnellen und dazu noch proteinreichen Küche👍🏻☺️ .
