Deadlift with new hybrid stance!!! . 225x9 felt really good, and i honestly think i need to rethink my rpe scales because what was intense pulling conventional is now as smooth as butter... always improvements to be made, so on this set i’m getting into position at least 4 inches below where i’m actually pulling. This could be my body trying to get momentum or I’m just not used to being able to pull that high. It improves in the last set of 9 though (: . 205x9 was super light, so I kind of feel bad that I wasn’t doing a heavier weight. But, the rpe for today was low so can’t be too upset. Form was better this time around (I think ). Hips started out at the point where I actually start to pull, and stay there for most of the reps. . Zodra je van die drukke weken hebt die het moeilijk maken om naar de sportschool te gaan, heb je het gevoel dat je je niet aan je plan hebt gehouden. ‘You failed’.⁣ ⁣ Als je besluit je dieet om te gooien tot iets dat een miljoen km verwijderd is van wat je momenteel doet, is het dan een verrassing dat het moeilijk aanvoelt?⁣ ⁣ Als je een superambitieus doel stelt en heel snel van nul naar honderd gaat, zou het niet verwonderlijk moeten zijn dat je je er niet gemakkelijk aan kunt houden, het is onvermijdelijk zelfs.⁣ ⁣ In plaats van je leven te herzien en een ​​extreem plan te volgen dat in niets lijkt op wat je op dit moment doet, waarom zou je jezelf dan niet een richting sturen waar je blij van word?⁣ ⁣ In plaats van van 0 naar 100 te gaan, kun je proberen om van 0 naar 10 te gaan.
