A littlehint to get spelt and quinoa really tasty and creamy: After cooking, simply fry them in a some oil with tomato paste and very finely chopped carrots and onions for 5 minutes - it's worth it! Dinkel, Quinoa, Kichererbsen, Edamame, Champignons und roher Lachs - oder kurz: Einfach lecker. Ein kleiner Tipp um Dinkel und Quinoa richtig lecker und cremig zu bekommen: Einfach nach dem Kochen in etwas Öl mit Tomatenmark und sehr kleingeschnittenen Karotten und Zwiebeln für 5 Minuten braten - es lohnt sich!

Any Poke Bowl fans out there? Here is a super easy Sweet Potato Poke Bowl recipe I make almost every week! It’s light yet packed with nutrients and umami flavors which will make you forget this is a vegan poke bowl. You can also make this meal by reusing any leftovers. I had some baked sweet potatoes from the night before. I used one baked medium sweet potato. I sliced it in cubes. I marinated them in a spicy miso ginger marinade for 10 min and put the poke bowl together with the rest of the ingredients from my fridge. All you need to assemble this dish together is some left over rice (use cauliflower rice for #keto or #grainfree version ), fresh carrots, avocados, cucumbers, green peas, few fresh jalapeño slices, sesame seeds and some pea sprouts. Here is a recipe for the marinade. Makes about 1/2 cup marinade. 1/2 cup Tamari or light soy sauce 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger 1 tsp or more of sambal oelek chili sauce 1 tsp of miso 1 tsp of maple syrup 1 tsp sesame oil Few sprinkles of sesame seeds Mix everything until well combined. Pour it over baked sweet potatoes and leave it for at least 10 min. You can use this marinade for the watermelon poke too to make vegan tuna poke bowl : ) #naturallyzuzu
