It’s been a hot minute since a smoothie bowl has graced my feed so I went big with the toppings. Yes, that’s a cheesecake slice ✨ This smoothie bowl is a simple chocolate and banana smoothie made up of two bananas, 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1/2 cup oat milk! Then, I topped it with slices of this raw plum swirl cheesecake which was part of my failed recipe testing attempt but I don’t want to waste it 🍫🥣 The cheesecake has a chocolate oaty base, a classic cashew-based cheesecake layer that is mixed in with @thedamsoncollection Plum Coulis. Can confirm it is GOOOOD 🍑🍌 This is a bit of a treat but everything in here is made of natural and unrefined ingredients for a breakfast that feels like dessert ⭐️😏

JUICE PULP CRACKERS 👅✔👌🍹⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ I made a whole bunch of fresh juices the other day and then thought I didn’t want to throw away all that pulpy goodness... So I made some juice pulp crackers! Reusing juice pulp is a great way to enrich your diet with nutrients, fibre and SUPER cost & environmentally friendly. 🌱⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ This recipe by the incredibly talented @electricwellness (who I have a MASSIVE recipe creation crush on ) is SO good I had to share it with you.💛 ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ My juice pulp had carrot, ginger, lemon, orange and kale.⁠⠀ So here’s a rough recipe 👇⁠⠀ 2 cups juice pulp⁠⠀ 1/4 cup quinoa flour⁠⠀ 2 tbsp ground flax⁠⠀ 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠⠀ 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds⁠⠀ 2 tbsp sunflower seeds⁠⠀ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast⁠⠀ 1 tsp dried herbs⁠⠀ 1 tsp sea salt⁠⠀ 1/4 - 1/2 cup water⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ METHOD👇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠⠀ Add all the ingredients into a bowl.⁠⠀ Add just enough water to form a ball and the mix stays together.⁠⠀ Place dough between to pieces of parchment paper and then roll out to your desired thickness. The thinner it is, the crisper it will get.⁠⠀ Take to top piece of parchment off and with a knife or pizza cutter, mark the dough into cracker-size pieces. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.⁠⠀ Bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 180C. (This will differ based on the moisture of the cracker ). Aujourd'hui je vous retrouve avec une de mes recettes préférées pour le petit-déjeuner / goûter, j'ai nommé : la nice cream ❤ La recette de base est faite de bananes congelées mais vous pouvez laisser libre court à votre imagination. Aujourd'hui j'ai décidé de mixer 200g de banane congelée et 100g de mangue congelée pour une touche plus exotique. À cela j'ai rajouté un scoop de protéine végétale pour réhausser la teneur en protéine de mon petit-déjeuner. En topping nous avons du granola maison (la recette arrive bientôt ) et des fruits frais. Before all the toppings 🍓 Just a good bowl of fruity goodness 🌞 Real talk here - grapes are my favourite. Grapes and I have been through a lot. They were actually some of the only foods I would eat when I went hours without anything at all. Grapes kept me going and alive through some of the hardest days. Grapes will always have my heart. Soo.. About yesterday.. . They wanted something refreshing.. And were very pleased with what i gave them. . This one is creammy and fluffy and has yogurty lemony notes to it. Sweet and sour but both very lightly, with juicy fruits inside and out drizzled with some rasberry juice. Juicy Fluffy Creamy Refreshing . My mum used to make a cake with that taste but with dairy products and with flour and eggs base.. LENTIL SOUP with basmati rice, rainbow raw salad and buttery avocado by @betterfoodguru Follow @vegangotgame for more delicious vegan recipes!💚💚 #vegangotgame Lentil Soup Recipe Prep10 mins Cook 60 mins Yield6-10 servings Ingredients 1lb lentils, 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 3 celery stalks, 3 carrots, 1/2 butternut squash, 1 small can crushed tomatoes, 2 tsp italian seasoning, 1tsp umami seasoning, salt and black pepper How to 1. Boil lentils in a large pot covered with water plus 3 inches above lentil line for 35 minutes stirring occasionally and adding water when the level goes too low. 2. In a sauté pan cook chopped garlic and chopped onions in 1 tsp neutral oil until toasty and fragrant then add chopped celery, peeled and cut carrots and butternut squash. You may sub potatoes or any other starchy vegetable you have for the squash. Salt lightly and cook until there is some color on veggies and they are getting tender. About 10 mins total. 3. Add some water to the sauté pan to loosen any of the flavor from caramelizing and then pour it into the pot of boiling lentils 4. If lentils are soft add can of tomatoes..if not, check every 5 minutes until they are then add tomatoes and spices to pot. Simmer an additional 10 mins then taste for salt and adjust accordingly. This recipe is basic enough and delicious enough that my picky middle child ate several bowls of this, even choosing lentils as his afternoon snack (gasp )! Eat it on its own or with your grain of choice for an immensely satisfying and cozy meal.

If I had to pick two favourite fruits, they’d have to be strawberry and banana🍌🍓 what about you?🤔 . Together, they are a match made in heaven. Especially in this STRAWBERRY BANANA SHORTCAKE 🙌🏼 . I go through quite a few bananas a day (and to answer your question, YES it’s totally fine to eat more than one banana a day and it’s not ‘too much sugar’. I think I average 3💁🏼‍♀️ ) so rarely have any to spare for baking...but there’s always exceptions to the rule! . It’s fluffy, soft and moist. I was so desperate and strict with myself because I wanted to heal so bad. I wanted to detox all that garbage out of my body. I wanted to find out how good I can actually feel. How well our body can function but I thought a specific diet would help me get there. I believed fruitarianism is the 'end goal' that will fix all my problems so I focused all my energy on that. I ignored all the signs that my body kept sending me and dismissed them as detox symptoms. I kept going ang going until I hit a wall. I was seriously questioning EVERYTHING again. And I remember asking myself one day. What do I actually want to be? And the answer is simple. I want to be happy, fulfilled and living with a purpose. The problem was I thought some specific thing will provide that. If you are currently trying your hardest to make a change in your diet and become fruitarian/raw vegan or vegan and you can't do it, please ask yourself why you want to do it. Most of the time the underlying intention for all of us is to be happy and fulfilled. Look at all different aspects in your life besides food and see if certain changes would help you be more happy and fulfilled and then start making these changes. Once you take away the focus from food and apply healthier routines in other areas of your life, the food will sort itself out. As soon as you are emotionally stable and you truly live up to your purpose there is no need to numb yourself with unhealthy food because you're already happy and just want to feel more of that. I know quite a lot of you have experienced or are currently going through something similar so I really hope this gave you a different perspective on the topic and challenges you to rethink your actions. - Fabio ☀️❤

​Cheezy Hash Browns  by @thevegansara  🥔 A delicious potato recipe to try out! Get it below:  ​ ​What you need:: 2 lbs of russet potatoes ( about 4 med potatoes ), 4 green onions finely chopped, 2tbl arrowroot ,1 cup shredded vegan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt pepper 1/2 tsp each, 1 tbl vegan butter 1️⃣ Parboil Potatoes: In a large pot, cover potatoes with cold water, add 1 tbs kosher salt. Bring to a boil, cook 8-10min 2️⃣Shred Potatoes with food processor or box grater 3️⃣ Place shredded potatoes in a bowl, add seasoning, arrowroot & cheese, mix well 4️⃣Form into patties (I used 1/2 cup each ) making 8 patties 5️⃣Heat butter on a non stick pan on med. Cook 13-15 minutes flipping around the 8 min mark Enjoy!!
