🍞HOKKAIDO MILK BREAD🥐 . Chi vuole mordere una nuvola? . Ho rispolverato una vecchia ricetta, perché avevo tanta tanta voglia di mangiarlo🤤 e ovviamente dopo mesi di pratica sui lievitati..mi è venuto mille volte meglio😍 . Morbidissimo. Soffice. Leggero (sembra non avere peso, giuro ), profumato..insomma, ve lo immaginate con un velo di marmellata, o cioccolata? Io non immagino, gusto😋 fatelo anche voi perché è semplicisissimo! . La ricetta prevede il metodo Thangzong a cui sono molto affezionata: cuocete in un pentolino 40gr di farina manitoba e 120ml di latte, fino a formare una gelatina. Lasciatela raffreddare (potete farla anche il giorno prima e conservarla in frigo ). . Ingredienti: 200gr di farina manitoba @molino 🌾 ~ 120gr di farina 0 ~ 6gr di lievito di birra fresco ~ 100ml di latte intero (o vegetale ) ~ 20ml di olio di semi ~ 1 uovo🥚 ~ semi di una bacca di vaniglia ~ scorza di limone🍋 . Prima di tutto create un lievitino sciogliendo il lievito in acqua e aggiungendo 20gr di farina. Lasciate crescere per 30 minuti. Iniziate a impastare farina, vaniglia, scorza, lievitino e thangzong. pesto ravioli, baked tomato basil salmon and green beans!! classic 😛 most of my salmon filets are baked from frozen! i buy them from @wholefoods since i love the flavor of their thick filets 💯 nutritionally, nothing is lost when the fish is frozen and it’ll maintain it’s best quality for 2-3 months if properly stored! . baked tomato basil salmon: preheat oven to 425F. coat with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil. sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and dried basil. add halved grape tomatoes on top and bake for 15 minutes! this @kitehillfoods spinach ricotta ravioli is a blend of creamy almond milk ricotta with sauteed spinach. it was boiled, rinsed and tossed in pesto! i made extras for dinner too 👌🏼 #winniesbalance

Simple but delicious breakfasts are my jam 🤍 in this bowl: my favourite protein zucchini oats, white peach and shredded coconut. To make the oats: Add 1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats to a pan with half a small grated zucchini, 1/2 cup plant milk (I used  @pureharvest  unsweetened almond milk ), 1/2 cup water and a pinch of cinnamon. Simmer, stirring regularly, until the oats and zucchini are as soft as you like them - I cook mine for about ten minutes. Take off the heat and add a scoop of protein powder - lately I’ve been loving vanilla protein from @luxefitness . Top with your favourites and enjoy!

Anyone else bouncing between the polar emotional extremes of burning everything down & being the most productive human alive... ⁣ ⁣ and then also wanting to curl up in a ball, do nothing, talk to no one, & hide? And it’s 100% normal & okay to feel ALL emotions of the spectrum. ⁣ ⁣ It’s okay to burn it down, hustle, & put the gas pedal on “going”... also equally okay dial it back if that’s what you need.⁣ ⁣ Like for most people, this whole COVID-19 has been a trip, considering gyms are closed & @paragontrainingmethods relies on people having equipment to use our programs.⁣ ⁣ We had a scary/gutting couple of days as cancellations came rolling in HARD due to people losing their jobs/work hours being cut.⁣ ⁣ Haven’t lived until you’ve felt the sinking reality where 3-4 days potentially forecasted something you’ve put sweat, tears, & absolutely everything into the past 1.5 yrs might not be around in a few months..⁣ ⁣ So we doubled down on our our strengths/gifts & got fcking busy. We wrote a months worth of BW/DW workouts to suit immediate needs & went above/beyond to care for our members⁣ ⁣ And then immediately got to problem-solving how people could still continue to get strong & work towards better health/aesthetics, all while having limited equipment these next few months.⁣ ⁣ Our new at-home progressive overload + hypertrophy DB program is INSANE & I am SO damn proud as it will help so many. But I’m definitely feeling run down from these past few wks.⁣ ⁣ All of this to say: if you’re struggling today, know that I am too, & you’re not alone. All the long distance hugs today, friends. BROWNIE LOWCARB COM FRUTAS VERMELHAS 🍒 . - 3 ovos inteiros . - 100g de açúcar de coco ou demerara ou adoçante em pó natural (stévia ) . - 70g de óleo de coco . - 150g de chocolate 70% derretido . - 80g de farinha de amêndoa . - Frutas vermelhas picadas da sua preferência (utilizei framboesa e amora - opcional ) . . Bata os ovos com o açúcar ou adoçante, utilize uma batedeira. Em seguida, acrescente o chocolate derretido e o óleo de coco, bata novamente até misturar tudo. Adicione a farinha de amêndoas, bata e por último acrescente as frutas vermelhas e misture com o auxílio de uma colher. Coloque em uma forma untada com óleo de coco e canela. Leve ao forno pré aquecido à 200C por 15 a 20 minutos. Fique de olho. . 👩🏾‍🍳 I’m sad we had to cancel our last culinary medicine class over pediatric nutrition 👶🏾🥑 but I’m so grateful for what I’ve been able to learn this past year. - 🤷🏾‍♀️I realized I never shared much from my last class over diabetes & carbohydrates! - - 👇🏾Here’s a few interesting facts: - 👥 1 in 11 Americans have diabetes, but sadly, 1 in 4 don’t know they have it - 🥦 Fiber is found in many carbohydrates & helps prevent cancers along with other health benefits - 🍚 “Resistance starches” are prebiotic & include oats, legumes, cooled rice + more! - 🥩 There’s overall reason to believe keto isn’t sustainable for the majority of people - 🥤Lowering sweetened beverages is a good first approach for patients - 🧁 It’s important to suggest a reduction of added sugar - one soda can has a daily amount in it - 🍒 Carbs can be anything from a deep fried donut to a blueberry - choose wisely and know they aren’t the same!

Salmon BLT 🙌🏻 One of my all time favorite meals- I had it once at a restaurant then made it the next few days in a row at home 😂 It’s messy, it’s delicious, it’s just everything you need in a meal 👌🏻 Plus it’s ready in 15 minutes! Add some avocado if you have some on hand to take it over the top 😎 - - #dinner details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add bacon, bake for 15 minutes. On another pan, add a salmon filet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 13 minutes.
