At Home Backpack Workout - Today is another total body strength workout and we are using our backpack again. This one should take no longer than 30-minutes. Fill your bag with a weight you feel comfortable (dry goods, rice, books, etc. ) but can also challenge you as well. Here I have my two bags of rice making it out to 10kg in my 45l GR3 @goruck . - Today’s workout is 6 Exercises done for reps. Hey Guys.. Today again I bring you another workout challenge which is Strength and Fitness Challenge. In this workout you'll get H.I.T(High Intense Training ) Circuit. ▶There will be 4 workouts in 1 circuit. ▶You've 20 minutes to complete this circuit followed by 1 minute rest after finishing. Workouts, duration and reps are below. ▶Mountain Climbers: 30 secs. ▶Plank Knee to Elbow: 15 reps each side. ▶Burpee: 10 reps. ▶Alt. Knee/Toe Touch: 15 reps each side. ▶1 min rest after finishing your workout, Keep your timer running immediately finishes 1 min start back again the circuit. The only Dr I acknowledge!! I dont take meds I dont take supplements and I haven't been sick in over 10 years! Let that sink in... I tested what Dr. Sebi preached and switched my diet to a alkaline based diet and boom! Now tell me why is it not one media outlet is speaking on the fact that you can heal your body by eliminating the toxic food from your diet? They won't tell you this because if they did they'd lose you as a customer. Your dr gets paid per prescription, the hospital gets paid per visit if they tell you how to heal yourself they put themselves out of business. I’m doing RDLs with the bench behind my legs to keep my knees from floating back and to improve my hip hinge by training my hips to go back as far as possible while keeping perfect form. ⁠ ⁠ SO many of us simply “go through the motions” with RDLs and, while they get great hamstring action, they don’t realize that they could be training their glutes at the same time. You can actually perform these deadlifts without engaging your glutes whatsoever – such a tragedy! I don’t know about you, but I want to get the most out of my workout that I possibly can. So if I can activate my glutes during Romanian Deadlifts…I’m doing it!⁠ ⁠ Here's how...⁠ Shrug your shoulders up, back and down, bringing your shoulder blades down your back.⁠ ⁠ Now, soften your knees, squeeze your glutes and tuck your pelvis forward. Remember this position and how it feels – this is how you will END each rep. From here, take an anterior tilt (lower back arched ) and begin to move your hips backward as if someone is pulling a string straight back in a line attached to your tailbone. THIS is your primary movement – do not bend at the waist and bring your torso down. Your torso will come down naturally by you moving your hips backward.⁠ ⁠ Your knees stay softly bent the entire lowering portion of your deadlift, and your shins stay perpendicular to the floor. As you move your hips backward, keep the slight arch in your lower back and the weight in your heels. ⁠ ⁠ Most of us will get the weights just barely below our knee caps from this position. As soon as you feel your hamstrings “catch” (reach their stretching capacity ), pause.⁠ ⁠ During this pause, imagine your glutes touching a post behind you and squeeze your glutes together as if you are grabbing something from the wall. Keep that glute contraction and begin to drive your hips forward in a straight line, keeping the weight in your heels, your chest lifted and your knees softly bent. Let that forward driving of your hips be the force that allows your torso to rise up very slowly. Once you get to the top, squeeze your glutes and tuck your pelvis (posterior tilt ) into the bar.⁠ ⁠ That’s one rep. Keeping this form and complete 3 sets of 10!

With everything going on right now I think it’s been really helpful for me to focus on connection. I’ve been spending lots of time reaching out to friends and family I normally can’t talk to because of the six hour time difference. I’ve also been connecting with a lot of new friends on insta! PUSH-UPS - The staple of home workouts - Follow @MuscleMorph_ for daily workouts & fitness tips - Here’s a helpful post from @pheasyque especially now with so many of you working out from home - Pushups are a great upper body exercise. - ✅Keep your arms slightly wider to target mostly chest - ✅Keep your arms a bit closer if you want to hit more triceps. - ✅Add resistance bands or weight on your back to make them more difficult - ⚠️However, whichever variety you choose, it’s best to keep your arms and shoulders like an “arrow” as in the first two drawings rather than a “T” shape in the last one.
