You need to be more specific in what those mean to you?⠀ ⠀ You want to build muscle & lose fat? Globally or just specific areas? How much do want to lose? What does a good level of muscle & body fat look like?⠀ ⠀ Get fit? Like an endurance runner or like a powerlifter? Both fit for their sports, what does fit mean to you?⠀ ⠀ Get strong? Do you mean at powerlifting, oly lifting or do you just wanna be able to open up jars with no help?⠀ ⠀ Be healthy? As in all your blood markers would make a doctor jizz or as in you just wanna be able to exercise more & eat a bit better. Healthy is a vague term & my definition of health may be completely different to somebody who is a hardcore vegan & thinks eating meat is gonna kill me.⠀ ⠀ The more specific you are, the more specific you can make your approach. The new @misfitshealth bar of the trio 🙌🏼. Was looking forward to this one arriving after all the hype, and have to say it didn’t disappoint 🤤👌🏼. Just like the other 2 bars, it had the same biscuit like crunch, the lovely hazelnut and caramel flavours melted perfectly in the oats 😍. Tasty on its own as well and of the 3 bars I’d rate them - 1. Dan gaan je hartslag en bloeddruk omhoog, alle andere niet nodige systemen (bijvoorbeeld het herstellen van je cellen ) stoppen even zodat je kan gaan lopen van het gevaar. Je lichaam voert deze processen uit zodat je kan overleven, logisch toch? * Helaas gebruikt je lichaam deze systemen ook bij chronische problemen, dit is ook stress en je lichaam heeft geen andere respons. Een voorbeeld om het duidelijk te maken: * Je hebt een zware lening van 30 jaar, hierdoor ervaar je psycho-emotionele stress. Je lichaam zal dus constant zorgen voor een verhoogde bloeddruk als reactie op de stress, maar zet bijvoorbeeld ook het proces van celherstel stil want daar is tijdelijk geen tijd voor! Gebeurt dit proces constant, dan put je je lichaam enorm uit. * Dit is het verschil tussen chronische en acute stress, en waarom chronische stress ons ZO ZIEK maakt. SWEET POTATO HASH 🍠🍳🌱 • Gracing your feed with more sweet potato variations 😛 this is the perfect whatever-day-it-is brunch 🤪 to keep you going till dinner time and it’s a great versatile recipe so you can swap out any of the ingredients for whatever you’ve got in the cupboard or fridge! 👏🏻 • This recipe makes 3 servings! You will need: 🍠 600g sweet potato 🍳 3 eggs 🍅 Handful of cherry tomatoes 🌶 1 pepper 🧅 A bunch of spring onions 🥓 8 turkey bacon rashers 🌱 Handful of spinach 🧀 40g lighter grated cheese • Method: 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 190°C. 2️⃣ Chop your potatoes into cubes (around 2cm ) and microwave for 7 minutes or until softened. 2️⃣ Chop up your pepper, spring onion and bacon and fry in low cal spray for 10-12 minutes. When the potatoes are out the microwave, add them and the cherry tomatoes into the pan too. 3️⃣ Season with whatever spices you fancy! I used salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and paprika, and stir it in. 4️⃣ Transfer to an oven proof dish, stir in the spinach and 1/2 the cheese. Make 3 wells and crack an egg into each one, then sprinkle the other 1/2 of the cheese on top. 5️⃣ Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes! • For 1/3 of recipe: Cals - 486 Carbs - 60g Fat - 10g Protein - 36g

🏡 Puedes hacer mucho por tu salud sin salir de casa, a veces intentamos complicar las cosas demasiado y pensamos que “no podemos hacer el entrenamiento que X persona recomienda” o “no podemos ‘comer perfecto’ todo el día”, así que acabamos pensando en binario y dándolo por perdido. ⠀ 👀 Como siempre, un poco de “parar y perspectiva” nos puede dar herramientas y abrir ventanas que hace tan solo unos segundos ni siquiera veíamos. ⠀ 🛌 Haz la cama. Esto te ayudará a empezar el día con un “hecho” y crear esa inercia. ⠀ 📱 Llama a un amigo/familiar antes del mediodía. No hay nada especial en “el mediodía”, pero la idea es que lo tengas presente al empezar el día para, de nuevo, crear esa inercia. ⠀ 💪 Haz sentadillas y flexiones durante el día. Otro “tick” en esa casilla de “cosas hechas”, ¡y este dura todo el día! ⠀ 🥗 Prepárate una #megaensalada a diario.
