Recipe: ⬇️⬇️⬇️ . . - 230 gr egg whites - 100 gr sugar or stevia - 100 ml milk or almond milk - 50 ml olive oil - 200 gr flour - 1 yeast bag @paneangeliofficial - 3 spoons of chia seeds . . Preheat the oven to 180. Flour and butter a round tin cake. Beat the whites until stiff. Add milk and oil, the yeast and slowly flour, without ever stopping the mixer, but decreasing the speed. Finally add chia seeds. Pour the dough into the tin and bake for 50 minutes. let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bikin #dalgonacoffee ini butuh perjuangan banget. Hari Sabtu pagi gw manfaatin untuk belanja, semenjak lockdown jadwal belanja seminggu sekali keluar rumah belanja ke pasar buat makanan segar kaya sayur dan buah. Abis itu ke beberapa supermarket buat kebutuhan yang lain. Emang gw biasanya hampir ngga pernah bawa daftar belanjaan. Walhasil kelupaan beli Nescafe 😅😅 Pas sore baru inget kl tetangga gw pernah bilang kl dia bakalan belanja, semenjak lockdown tetangga2 di sini pada rajin kirim WA buat nanya kl kita butuh sesuatu, kita sendiri juga sama. Ternyotooo Nescafe abis stock di supermarket yang dia datangin. Minggu malam Toni pas2an sama tetangga depan rumah pas buang sampah, akhirnya mereka ngobrol (tetap dengan jaga jarak 1m ) dan akhirnya gw ikutan nimbrung keluar dan dia bilang kalo hari Senin pagi bakalan belanja ke supermarket, dan nawarin kl kita butuh sesuatu. Bagaikan gayung bersambut, gw langsung minta nitip Nescafe. Akhirnya Senin siang dia ngebel rumah pas gw lagi mo selesai kerja, dan kasih botol Nescafe gede. Mungkin muka gw kl bisa direkam kaya abis nemu harta karun kali ya. Setelah cerita panjang lebar, akhirnya Senin sore langsung dah gw eksekusi ini kopi!! Not badlah rasanya, agak ribet bikinnya. Carrot zucchini cake adapted from @greeneyes .188 adapted from a better homes and garden recipe 🥕🥒🧁🍋 . Recipe: 1 1/2c flour I used 1/4c each of coconut, tapioca, cashew, rye, spelt, and all-purpose Tsp baking powder 1/4tsp baking soda 1/4tsp salt 1/2tsp ground ginger + ~inch fresh ginger + 1-2tsp ginger chips (I like ginger! ) 1/2tsp cinnamon . 2 eggs 1 1/2c carrots shredded 1c zucchini shredded 1/2c brown sugar + tbsp or 2 1/2c oil - 1/4c walnut, 1/8c each coconut and ghee Tsp vanilla . Optional add ins: 1/2c walnuts or pecans* 1/2c raisins 1/4c coconut shreds* . Instructions: Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix together till blended 9x13” pan, bake at 350 for about 25 min Let cool and top with citrus cream cheese frosting . Frosting: Beat 8oz cream cheese with ~1/2c 10x sugar, add lemon zest Optional add in: Honey ginger white balsamic* Or a lemon balsamic . 🍥 Bismillah. Pagi mid-week Ini mestinya setoran kemarin ke @uploadkompakan tapi kemarin kuenya belum jadi, gpp kan hari ini temanya camilan favorit.😜 . Sudah berkali-kali bikin roll cake tanpa gluten/gula putih/dairy, tapi bentuknya belum sesuai antara harapan dan kenyataan. Ada yg kulitnya nempel di kertas, ada yg gak bisa digulung, retak-retak, patah-patah bak goyang dangdut, Wahhh wess kapok lah... End of story. . . Tapiii... Baking itu kalo gagal mirip kapok sambel, begitu lupa rasanya malah mau coba lagi, dan lagi.. wkwkwk. Akhirnya mengarang bebas hasil baca n modif dari resep gluten full n gluten free. Namanya trial baking biasanya beberapa kali coba sampai ketemu yg sesuai selera. Apalagi tanpa gluten/dairy/gula putih/pelembut/pengembang sintetis, jadilah ilmu baking bercampur ilmu kebatinan 😳 mesti kuat batinnya(lebay, jangan percaya ). . Simak resep berikut supaya manteman lebih mudah bikin roll cake tanpa gluten/gula putih/dairy. 🍥 . . CHOCOLAT Roll Cake🍥🍫 #GlutenFree #DairyFree #RefinedSugarFree . (Utk loyang◼️19 cm ) Bahan": 2 telur, pisahkan kuning&putih 20 gr tepung singkong serbaguna 5 gr cocoa powder 1 sdm minyak kelapa 1 sdm santan cair/susu 2 sdm gula brown Sejimpit garam . Bahan isian: sesuai selera. Aku pakai margarin+pemanis jagung+cocoa powder+vanilla extract halal . . Langkah: 1. Panaskan oven 160 C api atas bawah. Siapkan loyang 19 cm dioles minyak, alasi kertas baking. 2. Aduk rata kuning telur, minyak, santan pakai spatula, tuang tepung+cocoa bertahap, aduk rata sampai bebas gumpalan,boleh disaring. 3. Di mixer, kocok putih telur dan garam hingga berbusa, masukkan gula bertahap, kocok hingga kaku lembut (3 menit ). 4. Campur putih telur bertahap ke adonan kuning telur, aduk lipat hingga rata. 5. Tuang ke loyang, ratakan, panggang pada suhu 160 C selama 12 menit. Keluarkan, biarkan lima menit sebelum dioles krim/selai dan digulung. .
