FALSE! . We all love having something to blame for our weight gain and health problems, but sugar has copped an especially bad wrap – it’s been labelled as toxic, addictive (sometimes compared to hard drugs 🤦🏼‍♀️ ) and a poison that’s making us all fat and driving us to an early grave. . What’s funny though is that in Australia, the correlation between sugar and obesity is actually INVERSE. The intake of added sugars and sugar-sweetened beverages has actually declined as the nation has got fatter. . Sugar is just a carb. It’s not the devil despite popular belief and it’s not the cause of your weight gain or your inability to lose weight. . The only way you gain weight is if you are eating more calories than you are burning. It’s not from eating sugar, it’s not from eating carbs, and it’s not from eating fat - these things alone do not cause weight gain. It’s your TOTAL calorie intake for the day that dictates your weight. You could gain weight eating too much broccoli for God’s sake. . Now we’re not saying to go and fill your diet with sugar, but you do NOT need to avoid it. It’s something to be enjoyed in moderation and without guilt. And given the extreme restriction of anything in the diet is one of the main causes of disordered eating, we’d suggest it’s actually the moderate sugar consumer who has a healthier relationship with food, rather than those who exclude it. . O kvalitě produktů Prom-in už víme...a to že mají skvělý složení taky. S jejich caseinem kamarádka nejsem, ale nebojte, není tomu tak u všech produktů. Tento protein jsem si objednala na doporučení Markérky ( @marketgajdosova ) a kdo ji alespoň trošku zná, ví, že by nedoporučila nic, za co by se jako výživová poradkyně nepostavila. A jaký názor mám na tenhle #marketaapproved protein já? • Tento proteinový prášek má unikátní konzistenci, která není takovou tou klasickou, hedvábnou, hladkou moukou. Je spíš sypavější a hrubší. Neříkám ale nic, že by to bylo špatně. V kaši se fajnově rozmíchává, ale nedocílíte s ním tak krémové konzistence jako třeba s aktiňáckým nebo od Pescience...Chuťově je příjemně vanilkový, nepřeslazený. K porovnání, je maličko sladší než proteiny od aktinu, ale stále je o hodně méně sladký, než většina proteinu na trhu. A za to má moc bodíky! Jó, v pečení těsto sice moc neosladí, ale to nevadí! Díky svojí decentní sladkosti je pro mě i pitelný a né každý protein se může pyšnit touhle vlastností...sice si nezískal titul "ten můj vanilkáč" , ale zároveň nebyl vůbec problém s ním pracovat a spotřebovat ho. • To sum up this, je to moc dobrý kvalitní protein, ale není to "ten můj" . Už jen kvůli své konzistenci v té kašičce. Já osobně tak radši sahám po již zmíněných od aktin nebo Pescience...ale nemám problém si ho znovu koupit, protože ve výsledku posloužil dobře a našla jsem mu jen drobné chybičky na kráse, vycházejících z mých osobních preferencí.💫 • HODNOCENÍ: 7,5/10 MAKRA: |382kcal|T4,1|S9,5 (cukr 2,5 )|B75,3| Já vim, že všichni víte kam na něj, ale pro jistotu... @aktin , jó?

Ensuite de la tablette M&M's noisette cranberry qui est venu fondre et donnée une texture crémeuse à la pâte pour finir avec des Snickers noisette qui apporte des morceaux de noisette croquante enrobé de caramel, de nougat, et de dose supplémentaire de chocolat ! En clair : Je me suis pisser dessus. Deux fois. This is what you can expect from a well-executed bulking phase. ⠀ 50% muscle gain, 50% fat gain. ⠀ When your primary goal is to gain muscle, you need to gain weight. This is known as bulking. ⠀ Some of that gain will be fat, but there’s not really any way around it. ⠀ You *could* set your rates of weight gain more conservatively than I have in my guide (link in bio to download that, or wait for a future post on it ) if you’d like to try to do better than that… …but when you gain weight too slowly, it’s tough to measure progress, which makes the bulking phase hard to stay motivated for and very tough to manage. ⠀ Of course, you should *hope* for more muscle, but based on my 9 years working with online coaching clients, this is what is likely, IF YOU DO THINGS RIGHT. ⠀ Note that the sketch ignores the jump in weight you’ll experience in the first week or two when you increase your calorie intake. After tracking for some time now I often go over my protein goal, but this was not always the case for everyone ! ⁣ ⁣ Here are some things that help me reach my goal!⁣ ⁣ •Fat Free Plain Greek yogurt: this is a daily meal for me. I always have this with berries with my breakfast 🍓⁣ ⁣ •Lean ground meat: this is so versatile and can be made into any of your favorites! I have a lot of recipes with ground turkey up on my blog. Some other ideas:⁣ ~meatballs⁣ ~meatloaf⁣ ~turkey/ chicken burger 🍔 ⁣ ~stir frys⁣ ⁣ •Chicken: chicken can be used for SO much⁣ ~Low carb chicken parm⁣ ~Add it to any pasta, salad dish⁣ ⁣ •Low fat/ fat free cottage cheese or cream cheese⁣ I love adding this into my dishes to add a cheesy creamyness but it also adds protein, here are some recipes I use these them in on my blog⁣ ~My creamy chicken enchiladas ⁣ ~Buffalo chicken spaghetti ⁣ ~Broccoli cheddar bake 🥦🧀⁣ ⁣ •Egg whites!!! 🥚 ⁣ ~egg white oatmeal⁣ ~omelettes with toast ⁣ ~scrambled egg whites with veggies ⁣ ⁣ LONG LIST.. FlexFriday. New goals! 👊🏼⁣ ⁣ Just because gyms are closed, doesn’t mean you should stop moving! Especially now. The endorphins are SO needed. 😘⁣ ⁣ Here’s your opportunity to shift your fitness goals.
