🥇3 TIPS FOR STAYING CONSISTENT If you want to achieve results, you HAVE to be consistent. However, consistency is NOT a passive task and requires active conscious effort. Although it’s not easy, there are some ways that you can make being consistent easier for yourself: 1. ☀️Make your routine fun and ENJOYABLE for yourself. It requires a lot more energy and effort to convince yourself to do something that you don’t want to do. You are more likely to stick to something if you enjoy doing it. 2. 📚 Create a plan for getting back on track when you’ve veered off. We aren’t perfect, it’s important to anticipate any mistakes that may happen in the future. If you have a plan on how to bounce back, you are more likely to remain consistent and not give up. 3. ✍🏻 Set rules and stick to them. The idea is to have a few precise rules you can stick to maintain healthy habits with ease. One of my workout rules is ‘I’ll never go for more than 1 day without exercise.
