⁣ What we mean by this at Fruitbat HQ is if you’ve been going hell to leather on the HIIT workouts everyday and it’s not something you did pre-lockdown, then slow down and break up your routine. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Pushing your body through high intensity exercise every day when it’s not used to it can actually have a negative effect on your body and weaken your immune system. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead, incorporate a few HIIT sessions spread out over the week and mix it in with some other forms of exercise such as Pilates, yoga, running, cycling, walking or swimming if you’re lucky enough to have access to a pool/sea/open lake 🏊🏽‍♀️ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Most of all, listen to your body. I knew finding that adjustable dumbbell set online was too good to be true.. hah! Walmart cancelled my order a few days after placing it, because they were actually out of stock. FULL BODY BURNER 🔥 It’s time for a home full body burner, this is a bodyweight only (no equipment required ) workout but feel free to add dumbbells or extra resistance if you desire. This session is a circuit format, perform each exercise for 40 seconds, resting for 20 seconds in between before moving on to the next exercise, allow 60-90 seconds rest between sets 💪🏻.
