Eu amoo muitoooo🙈 e hoje deixo vos a receita do meu arroz doce #glutenfree 😋 não fica tão doce como o tradicional, mas podem acreditar em mim: Ficou uma deliciaaaaaaaaa😋😋😋 DESLIZA QUE TEM MAIS FOTOS 😍ESPREITA OS STORIES 🍀😍 . Vamos à receitinha!? ➡️Coze 1 chávena de arroz ( usei o basmati ) em água e um pouco de sal. Deixa cozer até secar completamente . ➡️Adiciona 350 ml de leite de coco ( lata ) 1 casca de limão, 2 paus de canela e 1 chávena de xilitol ( ou outro adoçante a gosto ) Deixa cozinhar e vai mexendo de vez em quando . ➡️Nos 50 ml de sobra da lata de leite de coco, adiona 2 gemas e bate bem. Por fim adiciona 1 colher de amido de milho ou maizena e envolve bem. Não pode ter grumos . ➡️Adiciona este preparo ao arroz e mexe sem parar até engrossar e ficar cremoso . ➡️Desliga o lume. Eu deixo sempre ficar p arroz mais um pouco na panela, para ganhar o sabor do limão e canela que amo . ➡️Dispõe em travessa ou taças e se quiseres come logo ou leva ao frio, com este calor , fresquinho sabe tão bem😋 . #receitinhadasoninha bem simples assim ✌ Gostaram meus amores?! Watermelon Bruschettas with Cucumber Yuzu tartare 🍉 Simply refreshing, these bruschettas are always a big hit at my summer parties. Happy July 4th my loves 🇺🇸Here is a recipe. 1 medium watermelon sliced in 1/2 inch circles. Use a cookies cutter to make stars. You should get about 18-20 star shaped pieces. As an alternate, cut the watermelon in squares. Cucumber Yuzu Salad 5 Persian cucumbers sliced and cut in small cubes. 2 radishes sliced and cut in small cubes 1/2 of medium size jalapeño seeded and chopped 2 tbsp of Yuzu vinegar Handful of mint chopped. Pinch of salt. Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and more yuzu vinegar if needed. Dodaję obiecany przepis na kurczakburgery. Bułki sa baardzo sycące, z podanych składników wychodzą 3 bułki i odpowiednia do nich ilość mięsa. Przepisu na sos i proponowanych warzyw nie podaję, bo to już jak kto lubi 😉🤷‍♀️ ja swój sos zrobilam z małego jogurtu naturalnego, koncentratu pomidorowego, odrobiny ketchupu i przyprawy orientalnej z dodatkiem curry i kminu rzymskiego. ⠀ Bułki orkiszowe: ✔250g mąki orkiszowej ✔7g świeżych drożdży ✔75g letniegi napoju roslinnego (dowolny ) ✔75g letniej wody ✔1 łyżeczka cukru ✔20g roztopionego masła ✔pół łyżeczki soli ✔roztrzepane jajko do posmarowania bułek przed pieczeniem i sezam do posypania ⠀ Drożdże wymieszać z ciepłym napojem roślinnym i cukrem, odstawić w ciepłe miejsce pod przykryciem na 15 minut. Do miski dodać mąkę, sól, masło, wodę i wyrośnięte drożdże, wyrobić ciasto i odstawić na 40 minut w ciepłe miejsce pod przykryciem. Po tym czasie podzielić ciasto na 3 części, uformować bułki, położyć na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia, przykryć ściereczką i zostawić na 15 minut do wyrośnięcia. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 200 stopni (góra-dół ). Wyrośnięte bułki posmarować roztrzepanym jajkiem i posypać sezamem.
