EAT 👏🏻 the 👏🏻 CAKE 👏🏻 I think mostly everyone tries to strive for healthy and attempts to eat better but, that doesn’t mean you can’t have dessert!!!! I used to do weight watchers a while ago and while that method didn’t work for me or my body, I was able to take away certain things like making healthier substitutions for things I love, without sacrificing flavor!!! I have a major sweet tooth and I quickly found this dessert and was able to make it work with that plan. Even though I no longer do that program, I still am working toward a healthier self and a healthy relationship with food, and I was able to bring this dessert with me. It is a household favorite and can be done in so many flavor combos!!! ........................................................... 🥥Coconut Vanilla Pudding Pole Cake🥥 You Need: •1 box classic yellow sugar free cake mix •1 box @jello sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix •16oz @lacroixwater coconut sparkling water •1-1 1/2tbsp @mccormickspice coconut extract •2c cold milk (I used @silk vanilla almond for this cake ) •Unsweetened coconut flakes How to: >Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with nonstick or lightly coat with margarine (my preferred method is margarine ) >In a bowl put the cake mix and make a hole in the center >Add the sparkling water into the hole and allow to bubble for a few minutes (this adds air and makes it super fluffy ). Stir gently to combine. >Add coconut extract and gently fold into batter >Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean >Cool completely and then poke 12 holes in the cake. This works really well with the end of a wooden spoon >Make your pudding with cold milk and pudding mix. It will take 3-5 minutes to get the pudding thick > Pour over the cake and spread evenly >Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge >Sprinkle with a generous layer of coconut flakes and serve >>Cover and store remainder in the fridge for up to a week .......................................................... Cookie Dough Brownie Fudge🤩 A little Monday night pick me up with these layers😋 Perfect for a snack or satisfying dessert since it’s denseee! Healthy Apple Pie Millionaire Bars 🥧 🍎 💵 OK, this is not exclusively a food page but...I’m officially on a baking kick 😂 I had so much fun with my PSL bars I had to get back into the kitchen today. There were some apples in my fridge that had seen better days, so I decided to put them to use! These are a healthy, fruity take on your traditional 3-layer millionaire bar. We have healthy shortbread base, an apple pie filling, and a vegan caramel topping. Honestly...they came out way better than I anticipated. I want to try another version with pumpkin filling and a white chocolate topping, maybe next week! This recipe is dairy-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan. INGREDIENTS Shortbread base 🍪 1 cup flour (I used a gluten free baking blend ) 🍪 1/4 cup honey 🍪 1/8 cup melted coconut oil 🍪 Pinch sea salt Apple filling 🍎 1 tbsp flour (again, I used my gluten free baking blend ) 🍎 3 tbsp stevia 🍎 1 tsp cinnamon 🍎 4 apples, thinly diced 🍎 1/3 cup water Caramel 🍬 1 can *FULL FAT* coconut milk 🍬 3/4 cup agave syrup 🍬 1 tablespoon coconut oil METHOD Add caramel ingredients to a pot, and bring to a boil while stirring! Let it reduce for about 20 mins. You want the caramel to coat the back of a spoon. Put apples in a pot, and coat them with the flour. Then add other ingredients and cook until soft. Preheat oven to 300F. Throw shortbread ingredients in a bowl and mix! I use my hands for this—she’s gonna be pretty crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes (the pressing is the most tedious part of this recipe; don’t worry if it’s not perfect! ). Increase oven temp to 350F. Spread apple mixture evenly over shortbread, and then place a generous layer of caramel over the top. Bake for 20 minutes.

Meal Prep Mondays Pt. 2 Double chocolate chip protein cookies For all those with a sweet tooth this is one for you. These little guys took no more than 25 minutes to make. Super easy. Here’s how I did it: Step 1: blender will be needed Step 2: (All intro the blender ) - 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese - 2 tsp egg white - tsp baking soda & powder - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 3/4 scoop whey - half cup oats - low/sugar free maple syrup - tbsp vanilla extract Step 3: Blend it all to a thick pancake like consistency Step 4: Add chocolate chips of your choice (15-30g ) Step 5: place into small ovals onto a pan Step 6: oven @ 350 pop them in for 10 minutes Step 7: A dollop of low fat whip cream on top #foodie #mealprep #healthytreats #proteincookies #healthydessert #fitness #healthyeating #foodphotography

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE DONUTS?!?!? Can this be real? Oh, it is! Thank you @choosing_balance for this deliciousness - OMG! • Recipe: •2 eggs (whisked ) •1 c almond flour •1/4 c cocoa powder •3 tbs maple syrup (I subbed honey bc I didn’t have any syrup on hand ) •1 tsp vanilla •1 tsp baking powder Preheat oven to 325•add eggs to bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients•stir well•spray donut pan well with @bakersjoy (or similar )•fill well 3/4 the way full•bake 12 min! This makes ~4 donuts. If you want more, double the recipe! Chocolate glaze is 1/2 c chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp coconut oil melted together!

Pumpkin chocolate chip bars It’s Halloween coming up so why not celebrate with these delicious bars! They have such simple ingredients and there is no baking involved 😝. Also a great way to add a little extra protein into your day. I suggest if you are making your own pumpkin purée to let it cool down before adding it into the mixture because it will melt the chocolate chips🤦‍♀️ Ingredients: 1 cup oat flour 1 cup pumpkin purée 1/3 cup protein powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup chocolate chips Method: 1. In a bowl mix together oat flour, protein powder and cinnamon. 2. Add in the pumpkin purée and maple syrup. 3. Mix until all combined. 4. Stir through the chocolate chips. 5. Spread the mixture out onto a lined baking tray and set in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until set. 6. Slice into squares and enjoy 🧡 🎃NOTES🎃 1. To make oat flour just blend the oats until it forms a flour. 2. You can use almond flour instead of oat flour. 3. on friday’s, we get down with PUMPKIN WHIP DIP 🕺🏻🎃🥳 this is like silk- delicious, creamy, sweet and full of protein 🙊 it wouldn’t be an eating with em recipe without a secret ingredient 😉 i’ll give you a hint: it’s not chickpeas 😏 served with pretzels and graham crackers for that sweet and salty 1-2 punch 👊🏻🤩 this stuff is ADDICTING! enjoy friends! #pumpkin whip dip 👉🏻 in a food processor, place 1 package of drained form tofu + 1 and 1/4 cup pumpkin purée + 1/2 cup coconut sugar + 1 teaspoon vanilla + 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + 1/4 cup almond milk. process until silky smooth, place in the fridge for an hour to chill and serve cold! I topped mine with white chocolate chips but those are optional ☺️ #healthydessert #pumpkinspice
