Checking on dem quads like 👀 I just wanna clarify something over here. I love training glutes more than anything. Nothing beats a 🍑 pump. However, quads are just as important to me. My goal isn’t just a big booty - I love feeling strong and looking fit all over. Many train just to get that “peachy / round” booty (nothing is wrong with that ) but tbh a good set of quads is hellaaa attractive to me. It takes work, consistency and discipline to get a well-rounded and fit body (upper bod included ) 💪🏼 My advice is to not just train to LOOK good, train because it makes you FEEL good. Când eram mică, nu îmi plăceau prunele în mod special, chiar dacă aveam la țară niște pruni senzaționali. Prunii s-au uscat de mult căci erau bătrâni tare, iar mie au început să îmi placă prunele 😅 Acum aproape 3 ani, am cumpărat un teren lângă oraș (de unde mai pun poze în stories ) și primii pomi pe care i-am plantat au fost pruni 😁 La anul ar trebui să rodească, sper că vor fi bune 😁 Desertul de față e făcut cu prune de la țărani și am nimerit unele delicioase la piață 😊 Suficient cât am vorbit, acum să vă arăt și despre ce vorbesc 😁 GALETTE CU PRUNE (inspirat de @jurnaldulce ) Ingrediente: * Aluat: 300g făină, 2 linguri zahăr de cocos, 120g unt, 80 ml apă. * Umplutură: aprox. 400g prune (cântărite fără sâmburi ), 2 linguri amidon, 2 linguri zahăr de cocos, puțină esență de vanilie, 2 linguri gem de prune (un gem gros, aproape de magiun ). Prepare: Pentru aluat, se pune făina într-un bol încăpător, se adaugă untul tăiat cubulețe și se amestecă bine. Se pune zahărul de cocos și se amestecă din nou. Se adaugă apa și se frământă. Se pune în folie de plastic și se dă la rece aprox. 20 min. Pentru umplutură: se pun prunele cu zahărul de cocos, amidonul și esența de vanilie într-un bol și se amestecă. Asamblare: Se scoate aluatul din frigider, se întinde într-un cerc și se pune gem, lăsând cam 2-3 cm din margine fără gem. Se pun prunele și se aduc marginile spre interior. Se dau marginile cu ou și se presară zahăr de cocos. Punem în cuptorul preîncălzit la 180°C pentru aprox. 40 min. I have disliked Porridge all my life. Recently, when I decided to make a shift towards a cleaner diet, I purposely included porridge in my diet chart twice a week. How did I make it possible? By simply adding all the vegetables you would add in noodles or fried rice along with a bit more spices while cooking porridge.
