Great physiques are built by doing the basics over and over again by doing progressive overload. . . The first thing I hear from my trainees is that they've gotten bored of the existing exercises. So, you get bored by sticking with the most effective ones because they are no longer exciting. . . Whenever you look at a basic workout, remember to push your limits to gain strength and stamina. The basic ones will crush to right. Don't over value variety and novelty. Follow a plan which you cab stick for long. . . The bottom line is : Every exercise and method has its place. 35 weeks Pregnant vs. 1 week postpartum! I am in awe of what my body just went through and how it is recovering.
