Bueno acá está mi primer post de mis recomendados y productos que más uso. Me di cuenta que todos(menos el chocolate y la leche de coco ) son de industria uruguaya así que lo bueno es que estamos apoyando a la industria nacional😊todos los productos los consiguen en el súper menos los productos @samadhi_natural que los pueden conseguir en almacenes naturales. Lo bueno es que como uso tan poco duran meses y como me cocino para mi sola (ya que mi mamá come comida macrobiótica ) algunos productos sirven para comidas individuales 1 ) aceite de coco @alimentosprana es excelente para cocinar al fuego ya que no se oxida pero como les deja un poco de sabor prefiero usar ghee(excepto para mi stroganoff ) la uso más que nada para preparaciones dulces como sustituto de manteca y aceite y aceito las asadera a con eso 2 ) pulpa de tomates sin sal el gourmet, es perfecta para preparaciones individuales como mi lasagna vegetariana, malfattis, canelones fit o de berenjena etc y uso un poquito y luego la congelo para la próxima comida. 3 )leche de coco @ducocobrasil es perfectas o queres usar poco y que no se te venza en la heladera. Yo solo la uso para mí stroganoff que queda riquísimo 4 )mermelada de frutilla @campoclaro .uy esta mermelada solo la uso para desayunar con las tostadas ya que para las pepas hago mermelada casera con miel. Si, tiene azúcar y es la única azúcar que consumo pero porque me parece la más natural ya que sus ingredientes son frutillas y azúcar orgánicas. Tienen un montón de productos orgánicos de calidad y una variedad de sabores 5 )y6 ) tahini y mantequilla de maní @samadhi_natural el tahini me dura bastante porque solo la uso para una ensalada de repollo, choclo, remolacha y zanahoria, son grasas buenas y sustituye a cualquier aderezo de ensalada, aparte tiene mucho calcio por las semillas de sésamo. La mantequilla de maní es perfecta porque solo tiene un ingrediente: maní, no azúcar ni sal ni aceite 7 ) queso magro milky sin sal @lacteos .milky lo súper uso todo el tiempo ya que derrite como la muzzarela y es más sano, es perfecto para gratinar o poner en cubitos en preparaciones y que derritan. También uso mucho su queso rallado SIGUE ABAJO EN COMENTARIOS

Happy Saturday everyone! So I woke up today in a super productive mood, got my house jobs done, I did my workout and decided to take some progress pics because it’s something I’m really bad at doing 😂 but can we all just take a moment so appreciate the upper body progress I’ve made! I’m honestly so proud of myself 🥰🤷‍♀️ I started out my fitness journey wanting to get stronger and grow some muscle, although I’m still a loooong way off anywhere near reaching my goals but one step at a time ☺️ the past 3 ish weeks I’ve been super motivated and I’ve been working out more than ever! Next week I’m increasing my daily calories to make sure I’m fuelling my body correctly and getting the right nutrients ☺️ I still have bad days and look at myself and feel like I’ve made no progress and my motivation just goes but I’m more focussed than I ever have been and taking advantage of that 😂, I always seem to look at my belly to determine whether I’ve made progress or not and forget that I have the rest of my body! Nah Uh Honey 👋🏼 .. Not A Burden✨ When I initially saw the NY Times article ‘is it okay to dump him because of his medical condition’ a few weeks ago it hit a real sensitive spot for me. For someone with a chronic condition, it’s one of your worst fears. Chronic conditions not only have debilitating physical symptoms but huge mental stressors ~ they make you feel like a stranger in your own body, boring and a burden to friends, family & potential partners. I just celebrated my 1st anniversary with J (long distance covid style! ) & I feel so incredibly grateful to have found someone who not only never makes me feel that way, but goes out of his way to try & help me feel better. He never gets mad at my anxiety, he’ll talk me down logically, enforces rest days, calls me out on people pleasing or playing small, rubs my belly, heats up my heat pack, eats plain with me and is my biggest cheerleader ~ swipe 👉🏼 Because guess what? That’s what people do when they Love you ❤️. You are SO much more than your symptoms, they may be a big part of your day, but they’re a tiny part of what makes you, you..💫 J says he’s with me because I’m the ‘best person he’s ever met’ & I largely think that is oddly intertwined with my condition. It’s shaped the person I am today. I feel more, I appreciate so much more, I strive for more, I see another side to life.. & if I can help anyone to avoid any of the pain I’ve gone through I will bloody do it✨ Who’s your person? The one person who gets it.. or even if they don’t they go out of their way to make you feel like you’re never a burden?
