Physique Update: 85kg right now at around 20% bodyfat. I used to be 83kg but 13% bodyfat so I was fairly lean. Muscle is slowly coming back. Still have a ton of muscle to gain back but I’m just so happy now that I can get back to training 🤟

Started this second push workout with shoulders instead of chest. It’s always good to not only change your exercises but also the order in which you do them. My top 3 🍑BOOTY EXERCISES🍑 to do at home at the moment: . 🍑banded squats - All you need is a resistance band. You can add some extra weight if you have some weights at home or even just a backpack that you can fill with any household items. To make it even more challenging, you can do banded squat jumps as well! . 🍑curtsy lunges - This is a really good exercise to target your glutes. You can add weight as i mentioned in the previous exercise or you can play around with the reps and do it as a high rep bodyweight exercise. . 🍑glute bridges - You can use a resistance band with this exercise as well! I usually use a band and a dumbbell for this, but you can also use any kind of items you find laying around your house. Books, backpacks, laundry detergent, bottles filled with water or even your pets, whatever you think would work best for you. .
