I loved this workout so much that I had to share it with you to try! Wearing my favorite leggings ever Pink Isla @tahirabykb 💗 x Crop: @gymshark 🦈 T h e W o r k o u t : Warmup → 10mins of incline (15.0 ) fast walking (6.0 ) on the treadmill to get the blood flowing and ultimately open up the ROM (range of motion ) of the hips. Stretch → Next, I gently stretched my lower body to open up my hips, hamstrings, quads and glutes. Stretching is super important before a lower body session. 1️⃣ Barbell squats: 2 warm up sets and then 5 working sets (increase weight at your own pace each set ) Rep range: → Low reps for strength → High reps for hypertrophy 2️⃣ Barbell stiff leg deadlifts: 10-12 reps x 4 sets (moderate weight ) 3️⃣ Kettle bell walking lunges: 20 reps (10 each leg ) x 4 sets (light weight ) 4️⃣ Leg extension: SET → 15 full reps, 10 partial reps and finish with 10 secs isometric hold at the top x 4 sets. (Increase weight each set ) 5️⃣ Front foot elevated split squats 10 x 4 sets 6️⃣ Heel elevated narrow squats 10 x 4 sets Don’t forget to ♡ double tap this post SAVE ☑︎ for your next workout. Może nie szpile ale nadal kocham ubrać dobrą sukienkę i czuć się „ok”. Nie zawsze jest okazja, czasami widzisz siebie w najgorszym wydaniu i odechciewa się patrzeć w lustro.
