week 3 of #lockdown . Being at home all the time .. for most of us .. is a very strange thing.. especially staying accountable in ways your not used to. . For me.. the biggest uncertainty of this whole situation is ‘how long’ will this go on for... nobody knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ . But ONE THING I am focusing my time on is #accountability ✔️ . 1️⃣Waking up ‘early’ - normal routine .. staying in bed is only going to make getting back to normality WAY harder. . 2️⃣ Getting showered and dressed for the day - PJ’s are not the days attire 🙅🏻‍♀️ sounds simple & silly... BUT that still doesn’t mean you can’t live in comfy clothes... comfy life - happy life 💫 . 3️⃣Exercising as best I can - prior to spraining my ankle 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was doing 2 x 20 minute home workouts to keep me moving 🙌🏼 a few days rest and I should be back, but in the meantime.. it’s rest for me 🥰 . 4️⃣Eating well 🍽 - just because routine has changed.. our diets don’t have too - keeping in between snacks at minimal, eating lots of fruit/ veg and portion sizes under control.. . 5️⃣Writing lists 📝 - I start the day with a plan, set 3 or 4 tasks to keep me busy.. . 6️⃣ Getting my steps in 🏃🏽‍♀️ - 10k a day is the goal . 7️⃣ Daily naps (DON’T DO IT ) ok so everyone is different... but I guarantee, if you nap in the day.. going to bed at night is a lotttt harder. Stay awake - and be grateful for your bed at night 😴❤️ . 8️⃣ If you are working at home.. know when to stop.. keeping accountable to your working and ‘life’ hours is also important 💕 . Take every day on its own.. but set intensions for your day - that way you know to stick to them ✨
