I’ve posted lots of #TransformationTuesday pics but *this* one sums it up perfectly. 💪🏻 The hardest part can be just getting the workout clothes on but you have to show up and not rely on motivation. Yes, even when you’re extremely comfortable in your pajamas. Yes, even when you feel super stressed. The motivation will come AFTER you get started. And if it doesn’t? You still kept a promise to yourself and that feels really damn good too. Can I get an amen? 👊🏻

Para cuidarnos, evitaremos estar con la tele encendida todo el día escuchando noticias sobre el coronavirus. Sólo nos informaremos en un momento concreto del día que hayamos elegido previamente. Pueden ser los informativos de la mañana, de la tarde o de la noche, lo que nosotros queramos, pero solo una vez al día. - Afrontamiento Positivo 😌✅ Debemos centrarnos cognitivamente no en que no nos dejan salir, sino en que, gracias a nuestro sacrificio personal estamos haciendo un bien para los demás y la sociedad. Que estamos haciendo algo que es esencial para el bien común. Enfocarnos en que, aunque es difícil, quedándonos en casa estamos salvando vidas. - Utilizar los Recursos Tecnológicos 📲💻 Las redes sociales nos permiten mantenernos unidos y comunicados con nuestros seres queridos e informados sobre su situación y necesidades.
