💞🥭 Mango Raspberry Oatmeal 🥭💞 [ English version below ] Am Wochenende genießen wir es richtig morgens zu frühstücken😌 Der Tag beginnt dann mit einem intensiven Workout und danach gibt es dann ein proteinreiches Porridge, um den Energiespeicher wieder aufzutanken💪 Ich liebe Mangos und habe zum Glück eine weiche und saftige Mango vor ein paar Tagen ergattert... die habe ich heute früh püriert und mit veganem Quark, Kokosjoghurt und Chiasamen gemischt... das gleiche habe ich mit ein paar Himbeeren gemacht. Den Früchtequark und das Kokosporridge habe ich abwechselnd in ein Glas geschichtet. In der Mitte ist ein Herzchen aus Kiwi🥝 Die restlichen Himbeeren habe ich zum Schluss oben drauf drapiert...etwas flüssige Erdnussbutter, Pistazien, Kakaonibs, Minzblätter und Flohsamenschalen dazu und das Wochenende kann beginnen😊☀️ ... ◼ ... 💞🥭 Mango Raspberry Oatmeal 🥭💞 At the weekend we really enjoy breakfast in the morning😌 The day begins with an intensive workout and then there is a protein-rich porridge to recharge your energy storage💪 I love mangoes and luckily I got hold of a soft and juicy mango a few days ago... 🍊JAFFA OVSENA KAŠA ⁣ ⁣ odavno nisam pravila ovsenu kašu sa mlekom, pa sam jutros odlučila da baš tako isprobam. fenomenalno je ispalo. kada koristite mleko, kaša i svi ostali sastojci koje dodate dobiju intenzivniji ukus👌 ⁣ ⁣ -sve sastojke sam stavljala odokativno, tako da količine prilagodite svojim potrebama- ⁣ ⁣ priprema: u šerpicu sipate isprane ovsene pahuljice, mleko, chia semenke, malo vode,kockicu crne čokolade.⁣ 1.opcija je da gorenavedene sastojke skuvate na umerenoj temperaturi dok se ne dobije ujednačena masa nalik na puding. kad se malo prohladi dodajte whey protein(ukus čokolada ) a odozgo dodajte pomorandžu i crnu čokoladu ) ⁣ ⁣ *AKO NE KORISTITE WHEY PROTEIN*⁣ 2.opcija je da sastojcima koje stavite u šerpicu dodate kakao i ispasiranu bananu i/ili med ili neki nekalorijski zasladjivač i sve to skuvate zajedno. i odozgo dodate pomorandzu i crnu cokoladu. ⁣ ukus i tekstura su predivni. 😍⁣ ⁣ Sačuvajte sliku, probajte i pošaljite kako je vama ispalo❤️⁣ ⁣ -A ispod mi napišite kako vi najčešće pravite ovsenu kašu? ⁣ ⁣ #fitnessfood #healthylifestyle #jaffaoatmeal #breakfastides

Spaghetti Drenched in Rich + Creamy Tomato Sauce by @EarthOfMariaa 😋😋😋 Such a delicious meal using staples!⁣ .⁣ INGREDIENTS:⁣ 150g gluten-free spaghetti⁣ 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣ 1/2 can chopped tomatoes⁣ 3 tbsp tomato paste⁣ 1/4 cup plant based milk⁣ 1 tsp paprika⁣ 1/2 tsp cumin⁣ Sea salt to taste⁣ Black pepper to taste⁣ .⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣ 1. Cook the spaghetti according to packaging instructions. ⁣ 2. Meanwhile, add the garlic to a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Then, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, plant based milk, paprika, cumin and tamari. Stir for 4-5 minutes, then drain the spaghetti and stir into the sauce. Serve with black pepper on top. Enjoy
