Got in a super good, different leg day workout today... 5 Rounds of 20 sets of 6 different exercises, and really didn't even lift a weight besides for KB Swings, I sweat up a STORM!!! That was after I decided to try to leg press the sofa, and squat my daughter 😂 neither of which turned out to be a safe or good thing to do 😂.... Hitting some cardio tonight with the bike and some HIIT.... Feeling kinda good so far today, it's nice! It's been a while! now just to keep up this momentum! . . . . . Unless you’re a 200lb+ bodybuilder, you have the ability to continue progressing towards your goals during this time without the gym. Hell, even more of an opportunity to make great improvements! You have ZERO distractions. You aren’t getting food catered to work, you aren’t going to happy hour with your friends, you aren’t having to skip workouts due to outings or events. You can REALLY make this time a time for serious progression if you just put down your excuses and make it happen. You have complete control over your nutrition, you have a phone with unlimited resources to help with workouts AND plenty of time at home to be able to squeeze in some sort of exercise or cardio to continue burning calories and shaping your body how you’d like. How you spend these next 30 days will MOST DEFINITELY follow you into the NEXT 30 days when we are no longer on lockdown. Do you want to go into the summer feeling proud and loving the skin you’re in or are you going to continue living with your excuses and blaming everyone around you for why you can’t reach your goals??????

Detrás de lograr recuperar la figura después del embarazo hay gran cantidad de sentimientos y logros como mujer , madre y ser humano, el primero de ellos es “Lograr vencerte a tí misma”, luchar en contra de las voces que te dicen que no es posible..! que es difícil..! que quizá no vale la pena..!, luego viene la lucha contra la parte física, el sueño, cansancio, el querer estar siempre con tu bebe, las obligaciones, etc.. pero son solo 45 minutos al dia.. esa es la inversión de tiempo que necesitas, la lactancia materna siempre será un punto a tu favor (quema de calorías ) así tu bebe te ayuda a bajar esos kilitos de más mientras se alimenta, pero ejercicios de tonificación, hipopresivos abdominales , planchas entre otros son los mejores aliados. We have to STOP 🛑 Stop doubting ourselves, have patience, and just trust the process. Remember those jeans I was so excited to get buttoned last month?! Well, I got them buttoned but I wouldn’t say they were the most comfortable things on earth. I laid on the bed, did a few squats and said a few prayers to get them up 😂 The struggle was real, but I still felt confident in them and was proud to be able to get them up. After living in leggings for 2 1/2 years it feels freaking amazing being able to wear jeans again. I wouldn’t say the jeans slide right up and I still have some fluff hangin over but even the 1 month difference between last month and now makes me so proud that I haven’t given up on myself and that I’ve gotten to a point in my mind to love myself every step of this journey. Now more than ever I’m sure we all want to curl up in our pjs and leggings but trust me when I say don’t let the comfort of your pants take over your life, because one day you will go to put those jeans on again and think shit...what happened?!! I saw a meme (shocking I know 😜 ) and it said something about reminding people to put your jeans on every 4 days. It made me laugh but it also kind of hit close to home. I’ve been working from home for 5 years now so sitting at a desk in my pjs and having unlimited access to my kitchen was not a good mix. Also, going through the stresses of life on top of that, I did not handle it well at all. The difference between then and now is that now I have an outlet and have added working out, eating healthy and getting in my daily superfoods (which help curb those craving ) into my daily routine. I had to be disciplined and make a change. It wasn’t easy but I’m so glad I took the chance on myself. Yes, I still treat myself but it’s all about moderation and self control. If you are wanting to make a change, just go for it! Trust the process, set goals for yourself, and then remind yourself daily of those goals. Speak it into existence. Our virtual workout community is always open and here when you are ready to take that leap! ❤️

J'aimerais pouvoir retirer plus souvent ma blouse et mon masque et remettre ma tenue de sport régulièrement... Enchaîner des horaires de jours et de nuits, m'épuise considérablement mais je connais les raisons de ses sacrifices. Le but est de pouvoir sortir de cette crise le plus vite possible et pouvoir reprendre un train de vie normal en profitant des gens qu'ont aiment. En tout cas cette crise me permet d'ouvrir les yeux sur les choses importante de la vie et sur les personnes qui m'entourent au quotidien. Les meilleurs sont restés présent, à me soutenir chaque jours et d'autres sont revenu en oubliant les rancœurs du passé . Bien sur, cette crise me fait aussi pousser des coups de gueule contre des personnes immature, irresponsables et égoïstes qui ne respecte rien, ni personnes... Des personnes qui cherchent des excuses à leurs conneries. A ces personnes j'aimerais leurs dire "Venez à l'hôpital et constater par vous-même !!!" ● Bonne journée à vous et prenez soins de vous 🙏 ●

Got lost in my run today ☀️ . . . Felt So Damn Good . . After you have a baby, it kind of feels like your body was stolen from you. It’s temporary but very real. In May it will have been a full year since running has really felt good to me (hello pregnancy 🤚 ) . For the past week or so, things have been starting to click. I get glimpses of what a strong body feels like again. Today’s run was pure joy, I could close my eyes and imagine feeling strong and fast mile after mile. I could picture running 100 miles and crossing a marathon finish line in under 3 hours. I felt like I could have ran all day. My baby boy is of course worth EVERY bit of sacrifice that I’ve gone through and I would do it a million times over but it sure feels good to feel good. P.S- I am also very grateful that during quarantine, I still have safe places to run outdoors straight from my home and that it’s still encouraged to get outdoors in my county. I know that it’s not this way for many right now and to say the least, my heart goes out to you. ♥️🙏🏼
