Tym razem mam dla Was fit ciasto z kaszy manny 😍 Natknęłam się na ten przepis już dawno, więc nastał czas by go w końcu wykorzystać👌 Równie szybkie i proste, a całość to jedynie 1386 kcal! Ja podzieliłam je na 8 porcji, każda po 173 kcal B 8,6g, T 6,8g, W 20,5g. Składniki: ✔️400 gram gęstego jogurtu typu greckiego (może być też skyr naturalny ), ✔️1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, ✔️4 jajka, ✔️90 gram kaszy manny, ✔️ Odżywka białkowa o smaku biszkoptów (można zastąpić większą ilością slodzidła ), ✔️ Slodzidło (użyłam 10 gram ksylitolu ), ✔️ Ulubione owoce (w moim przypadku 205 gram jabłek i 153 gramy banana ), ✔️ Odrobinę ekstraktu naturalnego wanilia bourbon. Przepis: Białko oddzielić od żółtek i ubić na sztywno. Żółtka wraz z resztą składników wymieszać w osobnej misce. Na koniec delikatnie połączyć masę z białkami, wylać do foremki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i poukładać na wierzchu owoce. Piec w temperaturze 170 stopni około 50-60min (z termoobiegiem krócej, w przypadku grzania góra - dół dłużej ). HEALTHY SNICKERS . The goods: oat cookie base, chewy date caramel, crunchy peanuts, all coated in dark chocolate. Ugh, SWOON. Made with simple, better-for-you ingredients.. Some tips: You could use any nut/nut butter combo in these. If you don't have oat flour, just throw 3/4 cups of oats in a blender or food processor and blend until it turns to flour. . HEALTHY SNICKERS Date caramel: 1 cup soaked medjool dates (cover with boiling water, let sit 15 mins ) 3 tbs peanut butter 1 tsp maca powder pinch of salt 1-2 tbs water (if needed ) Cookie base: 3/4 cup @bobsredmill oat flour 1/3 cup date caramel (from above ) Other: 2 bars @hukitchen dark chocolate 1/3 cup salted roasted peanuts Directions Line 8x4 pan with parchment paper. Soak dates in hot water. Drain liquid, and place in blender with peanut butter, maca, and salt. Blend until smooth. You may need to add 1-2 tbs water. It will be thick and creamy. Scoop out of food processor and set aside in a bowl. To food processor, add oat flour and 1/3 cup date caramel. Pulse until a crumbly, but sticky dough forms. Press cookie base into pan. Then, scoop caramel layer on top. Press peanuts into caramel. Place in freezer to harden for 1 hour. Melt dark chocolate (I did 30 second intervals in the microwave ). Once the cookie base is hard, remove from freezer. Slice into bars (it made 10 for me ) or in half again into mini bars (makes 20 ). Working quickly, dip cold bars into the chocolate to coat completely, and place on lined sheet. Drizzle any extra chocolate over the bars once all are covered. Môj oprášený recept na 🌼 fit štrúdľu 🌼 Jednoduchá, rýchla a neskutočne chutná ☺️🤩🤤🤤 Na cesto potrebuješ len 4 ingrediencie, ktoré určite doma v špajzi nájdeš 👌🙏 3ks vajce 400g spaldova múka 250ml voda 1/2 ČL soda bikarbona Do vnútra som dala: cca 4PL kakao 60g maslo Sladidlo stevia Postup: Všetky suroviny na cesto zmiešame spolu. Cesto bude veľmi riadne a preto dosypujeme postupne muku, aby sa cesto pevne zlepilo. Keď mame cesto pevne a jemne lepkave, dáme ho na tablu a vymiesime bochniček. Rozdelíme si ho na dve časti. Každú časť podsypeme múkou a tiež posypeme. Valkame, aby bolo cesto hrubé cca 4-5 mm hrubé. Necháme postat a zatiaľ si spravíme plnku. Kakao a maslo dáme do jednej šálky a dáme rozpustiť do mikrovlnky. Potom poriadne premiešame. Ak je plnka riedka, pridáme ešte kakao. Následne osladime podľa chuti. Rozvalkane cesto potrieme a zrolujeme. Dáme na vymasteny plech a pečieme cca 20 minút na 180•C. Keď je štrúdľa hotová, potrieme ju zltkom. Made some DELICIOUS choco chip banana nut muffins this week! I used @shesplantbased recipe as a base but I used chicken eggs instead of flax (because I’m lazy ) and used coconut oil instead of butter + added pecans inside + pepita seeds on top of half the batch (because mom doesn’t like chocolate ). Air fryer chickpeas 🙌🏻 I LOVE the air fryer it is definitely used in my house multiple days a week. You can make almost anything, including roasted chickpeas 🥺😍 today’s snack #dEATS 👉🏻 garlic and chili powder chickpeas All you need is 1 can of chickpeas 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper I preheat the air fryer to 390 for 4-5 minutes to get it ready. While that is heating I drain the chickpeas using a strainer and run water over the chickpeas. I keep them in the strainer and add the oil and seasonings, one seasoning at a time. Make sure it costs the chickpeas. Place in air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes. I typically cook for 14 minutes. Shake every 3-5 minutes. When chickpeas are cooked to your liking, remove from air fryer, taste and add more seasoning if you would like.
