INGREDIENTI : ✅10 Biscotti secchi oro saiwa pari a 50g (o quelli che avete in casa ) ✅80 g Philadelphia active ✅20g  Cioccolato fondente extra 95% o quello che più vi piece ✅7 g truvia ✅Q.b. Decorazioni tra granella di nocciole pistacchio cacao amaro cocco PREPARAZIONE Sbriciolare i biscotti (io li ho messi in una busta freezer e li ho schiacciati ) , unire il philadelphia, la truvia ed il cioccolato fuso tiepido (basta scioglierlo a bagno maria ) . Impastare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e lasciare riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti circa. Formare delle palline e rotolarle nel cacao, nel cocco, nella granella di nocciole. Conservare in frigorifero fino al momento di gustare ... Want to get to know me and my fitness journey? 💪 - I am a 57 years old mum, living in one of the beautiful Indonesian island, Bali. I've started my fitness journey of becoming a fitness instructor when I was 50 years old. Don't get me wrong, fitness has always been my passion - but with my husband's demanding job, staying put in one location was not an option. From working out in front of a TV in Pakistan with Jane Fonda fitness videos and spending countless money on gym memberships as we move from country to country, I always tried to keep my passion for fitness alive. - In 2013 I 've conjured up all my courage to go for my RPM certificate at the age of 50. I was hesitant and nervous to start something new. But with the love and support from my family, I had conquered all my doubts and decided to go for it. 2014 was the year when all my hard work come into fruition. I've landed my first instructor job at Celebrity Fitness Bali. - Past forward to today. I'm 57 years of age, teaching 17 classes per week, and 5 fitness certificates under my belt; including RPM, CXWORX, Body Pump and more. Today, I could not be happier to have achieved my life goals. This can be done through eating and exercise🍎 2️⃣ Moving your body at least 5 times per week, incorporating both cardio AND strength training. Cardio helps shred the extra lbs, strength training changes your overall physique🏋🏻‍♀️ 3️⃣ Learning how to properly fuel your body. Lean meats, vegetables, fruit, seeds, healthy fats. Jag tror jag precis genomled mitt värsta pass någonsin. Fyyy va jobbigt de va! Inte för att det jag skulle göra va det tuffaste. Mest att jag va sååå dålig på det! Dagens pass va 5x 1600m löpintervaller med 90s vila. Redan första intervallen va det tungt, motigt. Ingen spändast i benen, tung va man och ingen motivation att ens vilja driva fram 😅🙈 Tur va så hade jag en kompis med vilket alltid kan underlätta. Men det jag vill säga med inlägget är.
