Saludables y deliciosas magdalenas veganas de plátano y cocoa nibs para disfrutar como snack esta temporada🥰 INGREDIENTES (PARA UNAS 10 MAGDALENAS ) 150 g de harina de almendras 50 g de copos de avena sin gluten 2-3 plátanos maduros 2 huevos 160 ml de bebida vegetal (avena, almendras, coco, avellanas… ) 1 c.p. de vinagre de manzana 1 c.p. de bicarbonato 1 c.s. de canela en polvo 40g de nibs de cacao Afteglow Health y un poco más para decorar opcional: pasas 1. Precalentar el horno a 180ºC. 2. Triturar los copos de avena hasta formar harina y reservar en un bol, junto con el resto de ingredientes secos: la harina de almendras, el bicarbonato y la canela. 3. Triturar los plátanos con los huevos, la bebida vegetal y el vinagre de manzana. 4. Agregar poco a poco los ingredientes secos y seguir triturando. 5. Añadir los nibs de cacao y las pasas (opcional ) y mezclar. 6. Verter la masa en moldes de magdalenas, untados previamente con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen o de coco virgen, y agregar unos nibs de cacao por encima para decorar. 7. Hornear durante 30 minutos. 8. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar. INGREDIENTS (FOR ABOUT 10 CUPCAKES ) 150 g almond flour 50 g of gluten-free oat flakes 2-3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 160 ml of vegetable drink (oats, almonds, coconut, hazelnuts ... ) 1 c.p. apple cider vinegar 1 c.p. baking soda 1 c.s. ground cinnamon 40g of cocoa nibs Afterglow Health a little more to decorate optional: raisins 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Crush the oat flakes to form flour and reserve in a bowl, along with the rest of the dry ingredients: almond flour, bicarbonate and cinnamon. 3. Crush the bananas with the eggs, the vegetable drink and the apple cider vinegar. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients and continue grinding. 5. Add cocoa nibs and raisins (optional ) and mix. 6. Pour the dough into cupcake molds, previously smeared with a little virgin olive oil or virgin coconut oil, and add a few cocoa nibs on top to decorate. 7. Bake for 30 minutes. 8. Guten Abend! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Da mir das Kochen bzw. Stehen, Gehen und Sitzen aufgrund meiner Rückenschmerzen derzeit gar nicht gut bekommt, habe ich ein #lowcarb #eiweißbrot gebacken - das ist schnell getoastet und belegt. Die #nährwerte pro Scheibe seht ihr auf dem 3. Bild (swipe ). #rezept - einfach alles vermengen und 20 Minuten quellen lassen (ganz wichtig! ). Dann eine Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen (das erspart viel Reinigungsarbeit, glaubt mir ) und den Teig gleichmäßig verteilen und für 50 Minuten bei 180°C in den Backofen (Ober-/Unterhitze ). Tipp: Um das feuchte Brot rundum trocken und knusprig zu bekommen, solltet ihr es nach angegebener Backzeit aus dem Ofen UND der Form holen, kopfüber aufs Backpapier legen und erneut für 20 Minuten weiterbacken. So wird es wirklich perfekt - und das sage ich, die Brotkruste sonst immer abgeschnitten hat. 😉 Unbezahlte Werbung. WHY THE HECK AM I CRAVING CERTAIN FOODS? Unfortunately there tends to be a lot of guilt around food cravings - especially when we give into them. Let's take a look into WHY we crave certain foods and what that might be telling us about what is going on inside the body. Cravings are not a sign of being weak; nor is giving into these cravings, so let's just kick that illusion to the curb now. Cravings are, in fact, a way of our bodies telling us that something is up inside and we need to listen to it. "I'm sorry? You want me to listen to my craving and communicate with it?" Yeah, kinda. In case you are unaware of the latest research that talks about our gut microboime, I'm going to break it do for you as simply as possible. The Gut Microbiome: Our guts are made up of trillions of little bugs. Yep; your gut is alive. In fact; medicine has not deemed our guts to make up 70-80% of our entire immune system. These little bugs can be simply broken down to "good bug" and "bad bug". When we feed our bodies well, we are feeding the good bugs and the good bugs eat and reproduce and starve off the bad bugs. When we feed our body a load of processed and sugary foods; the bad bugs eat and reproduce and starve off the good bugs. When your bugs get hungry, they crave their types of foods. If, for example, you eat a lot of sugary foods then your bugs need to eat and your body wants to eat sugar. Now, if you feed your body really well 80% of the time and you are still craving certain foods then there is something else going on and your body is letting you know that it NEEDS something. Provided this is the case then you need to pay attention to what is going on to see if you can determine what your body might need. ________________________________________ Here are a few reasons you might be experiencing cravings. Water: A lot of times we are not actually hungry, but instead are thirsty. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. Stress: When our bodies are stressed out it spikes our stress hormone; cortisol. ➰ Oeufs cocottes saumon, ricotta et épinards ➰ Simplicité pour ce soir, et ça fait du bien après cette grosse journée de boulot ! J’ai opté pour des œufs cocottes, facile, rapide et léger ! C’est juste extra ! Il vous faut ( pour 1 personne ): . . ▪️ 2 œufs frais . ▪️ 40 gr de saumon fumé . ▪️ Des épinards frais ou surgelés en branche ou feuilles. ▪️ 4 tomates cerises . ▪️ 1 gousse d’ail . ▪️ 50 gr de ricotta . ▪️ 1 pincée de parmesan . ▪️ des pignons de pin . ▪️sel et poivre . . Préchauffer votre four à 210 degrés. Hacher et peler votre gousse d’ail. Laver vos épinards et les faire revenir dans une poêle avec l’ail haché. Saler et poivrer. Ajouter la ricotta et réserver. Couper en fines tranches le saumon fumé. Couper vos tomates. Repartir dans vos ramequins les tomates, le saumon et le mélange épinards-ricotta. Casser vos œufs, parsemer de parmesan, de poivre et de pignons de pin. Cuire au four pendant 10 minutes, à surveiller. Déguster avec du pain ou ici, mon reste de naan maison ! . . Necesitas: -2 chayotes. -1 aguacate🥑. -3 cdas de aceite de oliva extra virgen. -Sal y pimienta. -Sal de ajo opcional o un diente de ajo (yo no le pongo ajo porque me cae mal ). . . Preparación: -Lava y pela los chayotes. -Pártelos en palitos (en crudo ). -Pon en una licuadora el aguacate, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y la sal de ajo. Licua bien y si queda muy espeso agrega un chorro de agua hasta tener una consistencia ni muy aguada ni muy espesa. -Agrega el aderezo a los chayotes justo antes de servir porque si no se aguadan. . .
