Persivalgymas kartojosi. 🎂🍾🥂🎉

Full disclosure... I've been eating a lot more carbs and diary in the last month than I have in a year. We just need food in the house that keeps a little longer and more options so we don't go nuts. It's been fun to experiment with flavors and cooking technique. My sandwich game has been crazy good. And I don't have guilt because I'm managing what goes in my body and how much I use my body. I actually lost a couple of pounds right after reintroducing dairy and bread. . . . Featured here is a Gourmet Grilled Breakfast Sandwich: Sour dough, egg whites, ham, provolone, and some butter for the bread. . . . Also a Grilled Bree and Ham Sandwich on Pumpernickel with Blueberry Jam, also buttered. . . . Remember when Istagram was basically pretty shots of restaurant food? . . . . . . #food #foodporn #goodfood #carbs #yum #dietsdontwork #foodlove #pandemiceats #makefoodcreative #sandwich #gourmet #notacook

If I could go back in time to visit my younger self and give her some advice, I’d sit next to her at the kitchen table when she was having dinner after school. 🍽 This was a time to be a good girl and show mum how good she was because she finished all the food on her plate. Of course it was also competition time to finish before her little brother. She was an introvert and didn’t have many friends, so she craved a lot of time and attention from mum to make her feel safe and loved, but mum also had to work, and dinner time was a special connection. And because she was just a child, she didn’t know how to express her needs and her feelings. The only thing she felt was that she needed more, she wanted more of something (she didn't know what this was ), 🤔 and food was an easy thing to have more of. Your feelings need to be expressed. If you suppress them, they will find an alternative way to make you hear them out loud. You will hear the big bang of an uncontrollable binge coming out of nowhere. All those needs you didn’t have met as a child, all those feelings you kept to yourself, haven’t gone away just because your adult self can explain them. They are still within you waiting to be resolved. When you heal your inner child, those feelings are transformed and no longer hold any power over your relationship with food. 🥰 That’s what I help you do on the Confident Weight Programme: 💙 You identify the pain of your inner child 💙 You heal it and upgrade the child 💙 You find the freedom to have a normal relationship with food Your inner child finds peace, feels she is worthy and deserving of your love, just as she is, and lets go of the food imprisonment. The investment to heal and upgrade your inner child, so you can reach and maintain your ideal weight without dieting is £1,500. Message me if you want to know more about the Confident Weight Programme or to find out if it’s for you. #dietsdontwork #emotionaleating #bingeeating #bingeeat #overeating #bodyconfidence #loveyourbody #weightlossforwomen #weightlosstips #weightlossjourney #weightlosssuccess #weightlosssupport #weightlosshelp #weightlosscoach #lorenagonzalez #confidentweight

There is nothing better than feeling strong. Lifting has given me so much confidence the past few years. Being able to recover from an eating disorder makes a person so strong, but it can still be hard to feel that way. I struggled with compulsive exercise during my ED and sometimes still struggle if I don’t work out for a few days, but for the most part I have a healthy relationship with exercise now. Lifting weights shows how much physical strength one gains when they start nourishing their body properly, but also helps mental strength. Seeing the amazing things your body can do and seeing growth in the weight you can do as you get to your comfortable weight helps make everything a little less scary. (and it shows you it’s okay to fail sometimes😂 ) • • • ** I believe in sedentary recovery up to and throughout the action stage of recovery (a post on the stages of eating disorder recovery is coming soon ) **

I get it. People think Intuitive Eating means “eat all the junk food!!”👹😜 and it’s a constant food fest. You may have some times on your journey to making peace with food that it feels a bit out of control, but trust me - it eventually settles😉. Intuitive eaters enjoy a happy variety of foods that make them feel good mentally and physically. Trying to stay laser focused on my nutrition during this quarantine..... It makes me feel good and I don’t want to bog myself down with choices I wouldn’t normally make during the day..... That’s what Netflix time is for right? 🤪 Balance.... more smart choices than indulgent choices..... BUT that doesn’t mean I don’t indulge too! Just not all day long.... We still got this!

Body acceptance. Body trust. Body liberation. Body connection. This is a journey I’ve been on for 10 years and one that I will be on for the rest of my life.⁣ ⁣ I0 years ago I was working with a nutritionist and she gave me a book called Breaking Free from Emotional Eating. After reading that book, I finally understood my relationship with food...I had been binge eating since I was a little girl. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel alone. I felt less shame. I felt less broken. For the first time, I felt hope. After that, I spent years in therapy and going to over overeaters anonymous trying to heal my disordered eating. I eventually broke up with diet culture and started eating intuitively. ⁣ ⁣ I started to share on Instagram 4 years ago because my soul was seeking connection. I wanted to share my story and connect with other women who were on a similar journey. I also desired to inspire women who were at the beginning of their body journey. I wanted others to know that they were not alone. ⁣ ⁣ Sharing on Instagram during the past 4 years has felt like a crazy roller coaster. It’s been super fun at times and terrifying at other times. When I started sharing on this platform, I didn’t realize all the fear, insecurities, and comparison that would be triggered. There have been times when I haven’t shared my true self and I have not shown up authentically. It’s time for some truth-telling. I’ve felt scared, I felt unworthy, and I’ve felt like my voice doesn’t matter. ⁣ ⁣ Over the past two years, I’ve been on an even deeper journey to come home to myself. I’ve been connecting to my soul, my pleasure, and my desires. I’ve been practicing embodiment and healing deep-rooted traumas. As I connect to my soul's desire, I know I am here to guide women to liberate themselves so that they can finally come home to their bodies.⁣ ⁣ I’ve created a FREE workshop series to support women with food and body image during this unprecedented time. We’re meeting on Zoom at 11AM PST / 2PM EST on Saturday’s in April. Sign up link in my bio.⁣ ⁣ ~⁣ ⁣ #bodypositivity #bodylove #selfacceptance #bodyimage #selfimage#BodyTrust #dietsdontwork #haes #antidietculture #bopo #iweigh

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝗮 🥤⁣ ⁣ Soda is one of the most commonly consumed drinks in the US and we need to give it the heave ho. Soda has absolutely no positive benefits and research has suggested long term consumption can lead to health problems. Soda contain empty calories, high amounts of sugars, artificial sweeteners, colors and ingredients. In my opinion, no one should drink them ever. ⁣ ⁣ Some better substitutions would be:⁣ ⁣ 👍 Black coffee⁣ 👍 Water ⁣ 👍 Seltzer ⁣ 👍 Tea ⁣ ⁣ All calories in your diet count, even those that don’t fill us up or benefit us such as soda. ⁣

I used to tell myself cooking was hard. I used to tell myself recipes were complicated. I used to think that I wasn’t a ‘good cook.’ I used to get frustrated. 🤔🤔🤔 Now, I know recipes are fun for guidance but unless you’re baking, a recipe is really just a suggestion. Now, I know that cooking can be fun, simple, creative and can bring a lot of joy to life. Now, I’ve realized I am a good cook. I can throw together random food like in tonight’s meal with no recipe, trusting it will turn out. The nutrition program I’ve been following for two years is still working for me. I know now that diets don’t work. Understanding how food interacts with our body and having a better relationship with food, does work. Knowing the foundational things I need to do each day to fuel myself and lose weight has been so huge for me finding success with my nutrition. It’s been great having extra time at home to cook. I love exploring with new meals and this was a definite win! If you’ve reached a point with your nutrition where you’re ready for a -no fad, -easy to follow, -no restriction based program, I can help! Message me or post a fun food emoji below, I’d love to introduce you to the program I follow! 🥦🍇🥬🍠🥗🥙🌮🍫🥂🥖🥑🍐🍌 #nutritioncoach #nutrition #foodismyjam #eatmore #ilovetoeat #reslfoodrealresults #noquickfixes #youcantoo #dietsdontwork #loseweightandfeelgood

You don’t owe it to anyone to look a certain way... If you’re an RD you don’t need to have a thin body to preach the importance of healthy eating. In that same vain, if you support initiative eating and HAES but also happen to be thin or even fit, your support for these movements are still valid! Also you don’t need to have six pack abs, a toned booty, or even be fit to share your love of exercise. Remember that you can’t tell someone’s eating habits, qualifications, or activity level solely by looking at them. & the way your body looks in this moment, how it looked 5 years ago, and what it looks like 5 years from now it’s perfectly okay. It doesn’t matter what your career is, where your passions lie, or what your beliefs are. None of these characteristics have to have a certain look. The way your body is shaped needs no justification or defense.

IT'S A LIE!😐👇⠀ .⠀ Just because it's good for you, doesn't mean it tastes good.😝⠀ .⠀ And if it doesn't taste good, you shouldn't be eating.😐⠀ .⠀ And don't you dare say "but Kelly if it's good for me, then I have to eat it, even if I don't like it."🤦🏼‍♀️😐😤😧😧😧😧😧⠀ .⠀ NO YOU DON'T!!!😲⠀ .⠀ And here are 2 reasons why.☝️☝️⠀ .⠀ 1. If you're an ADULT, guess what, no one can tell you what to eat anymore. You get to make the rules now!😬⠀ .⠀ 2. Because there is almost always another choice. For example if you don't like bananas,🍌⠀ don't eat them thinking that they are the ONLY way to get potassium. Because there are lots of other foods that have potassium, like sweet potatoes, broccoli, oranges, and almonds!⠀ .⠀ So I'm going to say it again, ⠀ IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING, DON'T EAT IT JUST BECAUSE IT'S GOOD FOR YOU. ⠀ .⠀ Eat the foods that are good for you that you LIKE!!! That way eating healthy will be more fun for you!⠀ .⠀ I hope this post helped you.⠀ And if it did, please give it a like!❤⠀ .⠀ 💚💚💚

🙌🙌 Meet Kellie 👇 About a year ago 📅 I was not too excited about facing my 50th Birthday. 😒 Honestly, I didn’t feel great. I was tired most of the time, had multiple aches and pains, especially in my joints, 🤕 had horrible acid reflux, and had an active shingles virus for 6 months. 😵 Then I made one decision that changed ALL of that! 🤔 I decided to get healthy. 🦋 I found a program that I’d seen work for people I knew, and decided I wanted what they had. I took the first step, 👟 which led to the next step, 👡 and the next one, 👠and by stacking one healthy choice on top of the next, I found myself in a totally new, positive place. ☺️ I felt better than I had in years, and I knew this had to be my new normal. 💃🏼 I’ve learned to make daily choices that make that a reality, and I’m truly thankful every day! 🌼 I love coaching others in their own journey to health, and I would be thrilled to share it with you ❤️ #fiftyisfabulous #sixtypoundsgoneforever #youCANdoit #healthcoach #beyourbestself #liveyourbestlife #youareworthit #yourbetterlifeahead #gethealthywithme #GettingHealthyAsAFamily #optavia #bestprogramoutthere #healthepreneur #healthytransformation #onehealthyhabitatatime #HealthJourney #weightlossforever #WhatDoesYourWhySoundLike #healthyyou #healthychoices #weightlossinspiration #weightlossjournal #DietsDontWork

Do you think you are lazy about exercise? Tell me in comments👇🏼 . . You are not lazy. The events of right now require a LOT of mental and emotional energy to manage. 🤷‍♀️It’s really hard to live as we all are right now, out of our homes entirely. . . And before you say, “fine. I get that. But I was lazy *before* quarantine, too…” I’m going to go ahead and stop you right there. Here’s why: we all need rest, rest is allowed, not just when there’s a global pandemic. 🙏😴💯 . . Before working together, a client of mine feared that without focusing on weight loss, she would “give up” and become so unfit she wouldn’t be able to live the full life she dreamed of. She wanted food freedom, but felt afraid. Can you relate? 😩 . . She assumed that losing a bunch of weight is what wold help her live a full life. When we started working together, I helped her see things differently. 👩‍💻🙌🏻She shared this quote in our client Facebook group yesterday: . . ✨”Since I have been working with you, I am asking myself what I actually like and I am able to enjoy movement that is simpler and more intuitive to me, like walking and dancing. Until now I never considered a walk, even if it was an hour long, as good enough.” ✨ . . If you feel unmotivated to move, I want you to ask yourself: why? Is the type of movement you choose a match for you? Do you want to move right now? Because how you move is your choice. My clients surprise themselves when they let their motivation to move be about something other than the weight, and you can too. . . I’m committed to #breakthedietcycle because my Mom, like this client, felt obligated to diet for years and years to “fix” her bigger body. My clients work with me because they want more out of life than the food guilt and body shame my mother got handed because of her size. I want that for you, too. ❤️👩‍💻 . . My clients are making this difficult time a little less hard using my proven No Guilt Framework and you can too. Apply to my 1:1 coaching program and go from daily food guilt and body shame to feeling free around food in 3 months. ✨Link in bio✨

How to help someone recovering from an eating disorder or body dysmorphia 1- Educate yourself on their condition. The more you know, the more you can help them cope and understand where they are coming from. 2- Listen without judgment or criticism. Ask them about their concerns and feelings. Let them know they’re being heard. Remember not to shame then as they’re going through something really difficult and feel bad enough as is. 3- For those suffering from an eating disorder avoid talking about food, calories, weight, etc. for Body dysmorphia avoid talking about body shape, body size, weight, etc. Avoid talking bad about yourself in front of either. Although you may think criticizing yourself won’t trigger someone with an eating disorder or body dysmorphia because you’re not talking about them, it will. Bringing up those type negative topics will make them think about themselves. 4-Avoid giving reassurance at al cost. People suffering from an eating disorder or body dysmorphia may look for constant reassurance. And though you may be tempted, don’t. Giving reassurance only gives a temporary high of feeling okay that doesn’t last long at all. It actually feeds into their disorder. If anything try to change the topic to get their kind out of that place. Remind them that reassurance isn’t good for them and that you guys should talk about something else. 5- TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Do not let their disorder consume your life. You can continue to love and offer them support but you are not responsible for them. Make sure to have an outlet, someone you can talk too and emotionally recharge. #anxiety #depression #eatingdisorderrecovery #bulimiarecovery #eatingdisorder #mindfullness #allbodiesmatter #bodydysmorphia #bdd #recovery #rare #positivevibes #positivity #selflove #selflovejourney #selflovethread #acceptance #kindness #edrecovery #mentalhealth #anorexiarecovery #mentalhealthawareness #rarebeauty #counseling #therapy #anorexia #bulimia #compassion #dietsdontwork #edwarrior

~I’ve shared quite a bit about how I struggled with disordered eating, but I realized that many people may not know exactly what it is. I only learned about it 2 years ago, and understand that the wording can be confusing since it’s not the same as an eating disorder. I also think it’s necessary to know the differences because soooo many people struggle with disordered eating and have no idea because it is so normalized in our culture. 🌺 I hope this gives you a little more insight into what these terms mean: disordered eating, eating disorders, and normative eating. 🌺 What questions do you have? Diet culture is a sneaky thing that steals our money in so many more ways than we normally think! . It’s not even the food, books and supplements, it’s the after math of injuries, doctor’s appointments! . Let’s not forget the subscriptions, memberships, creams, shape-wear, fancy kitchen gadgets and so on. . Diet culture/ wellness culture makes $648 billion on us every year!! . The more products they produce, the more money in their pockets and out of ours! . And it doesn’t even matter if the products work or not! Most of the time when they don’t work, they tell us we are the ones to blame! Not them! How nuts is that?!? . Can you think of more ways diet culture makes money off us? Let me know in the comments! . Hands up 🙌🏽if you love yourself some oreos!!⠀ ⠀ Often times when this happens and eat more than 2-3 cookies, it makes us feel out of control and like we did something wrong. But the truth is, you did nothing wrong!⠀ ⠀ Yesterday one of my clients was dealing with just this, over the weekend she sat down, was watching TV and ate 2 sleeves of oreos. She immediately felt guilty. Why??? Because we have been taught cookies 🍪 and sweets 🍫 should be kept to a minimum, and if we have more than one cookie, well you're bad. You have no will power. ⠀ ⠀ AND THAT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT! ⠀ ⠀ Its a thought that is so rooted into our brains that event during a pandemic we are worried about eating cookies. Because diet culture is sneaky AF. ⠀ ⠀ I listened to my client go on about her feelings because like her so many of the chulas I work with feel this way. We then discussed these feelings, for years she has been yo-yo dieting and trying to do this on her own, yesterday she had someone on her side who was ready to fight back and dismantle those thoughts. ⠀ ⠀ Having the cookies does not make you a bad person, but years of telling yourself you cant, does make your body crave the cookies even more. She described the urge she felt, like the cookies were going to go away. And then as we talked realized, they really weren't going to. Because giving herself unconditional permission to have them in the house and eat them, takes the sense of urgency away. ⠀ ⠀ She realized, that her sneaky mindset had been sabotaging her all along. But talking it out with someone who has her back, is slowly helping her break the diet cycle. She knows she isn't wrong for eating the cookies and soon enough she will get through her food freedom journey, with less binges and a tool kit to help her. ⠀ ⠀ Chula, you do not have to struggle alone. When we work together I show you how to deal with the sneaky diet thoughts that creep in so that you can start see food as neutral. Learn to break free from chronic dieting, my program helps you do exactly that.⠀ ⠀ ✨I support Latinas like you who have been dieting for years on end. Apply for my 1:1 coaching program and learn to enjoy cookies without guilt. ✨Link in bio✨

The most asked question I receive is how to overcome food guilt. But you feel guilty all the time. Didn't go to the gym? Didn't eat the “right” thing? Not liking how you look? Not saying the right thing? Not being productive enough? It’s exhausting. I always smile when I receive this question because you can see above it’s a tall order to stop feeling guilty after eating. You’re dismantling: how you view yourself as a person, your value, what you’ve learned about eating, messages you’ve received about your body, and what it means to be human. When I answer this question, I try assess where someone is stuck and get them some strategies to start. So, today: start with number 5 - nutrition dogmas and food rules - and follow these steps: 1: Think about when you feel mostly guilty with eating (time of day, specific foods, rest days, etc ) 2: Extract the dogma or food rule from the situation (ex. I feel guilty eating carbs at dinner when I don’t workout ) 3: Ask yourself: where did I hear this? (ex. from that fat loss coach I worked with 3 years ago ) 4: Ask yourself: is it relevant? (ex. no, I’m not following that program anymore and did I really see fat loss? ) 5: Shift to see this belief as outdated and untrue for you 6: Start to notice and have a different relationship with that food rule the next time you feel guilt 7: Repeat x 94839068 times If this felt relevant and you want more, you’d be a good fit for my RE:ALIGN community - a membership for those who don’t want food to get in the way of living. I opened the waitlist today. Hop on the waitlist today as we are opening doors to limited number of spots. While we're practicing distancing ourselves from things that are harmful to our health, let's tack on these too. Things like skipping meals, engaging in weight loss challenges, and cutting out foods we love, isn't as healthy for us as we might think. Rather than throw ourselves full force into dieting during this stressful time, let's try to break free from some of these restrictive behaviors. How have you noticed your relationship with food changing over the past few weeks? . . . . . #makepeacewithfood #dietculturedropout #dietculture #antidiet #antidietrevolution #dietsdontwork #ditchthediet #allfoodsfit #foodfreedom #bingeeating #mindfuleating #intuitiveeating #mindfulness #foodies

Diets don’t work. Diet culture tells us losing weight by any methods possible is okay. It often encourages disordered eating. They tell us we will feel better and be happier doing so. It puts value on all the wrong things like our weight and size. What diet culture tells us - Being skinny will make us happy - Being told to eliminate an entire food group. - Labeling food as bad or good - Avoiding foods high in fat, carbs, or calories - To ignore hunger cues - You have to take supplements to be healthy - You’re better then others when you eat a certain way/your worse then others for eating a certain way - The belief you will be happier or more worthy at a certain weight or size - You need to read food labels and count macros The truth - Size doesn’t determined happiness - Dieting or restricting isn’t healthy. - Carbs and fats are good for you! - You should never elimate a whole food group. - There is no such thing as bad or good foods. Food is food. It fuels your body. - Listen to your body. If youre hungry, EAT! - You don’t need to take supplants. - You’re not better or worse then others for eating any way. - No number on the scale will change your happiness. Happiness comes with in. - Who cares about food labels it doesn’t matter. Unless you have a food allergy you don’t need to look. - Dieting doesn’t fix anything. #anxiety #depression #eatingdisorderrecovery #bulimiarecovery #eatingdisorder #mindfullness #allbodiesmatter #bodydysmorphia #bdd #recovery #rare #positivevibes #positivity #selflove #selflovejourney #selflovethread #acceptance #kindness #edrecovery #mentalhealth #anorexiarecovery #mentalhealthawareness #rarebeauty #counseling #therapy #happy #compassion #dietsdontwork #edwarrior

Life looks a bit different right now (or a lot of different ) - and we want to share that it’s okay if you resonate with any of these food / body / movement challenges.⠀ .⠀ It’s okay that you may not be able to move your body the way you want right now, it’s okay to stress eat, boredom eat, comfort eat, snack all day, and have challenges with your body image - it’s okay, it’s okay, it’s okay! Judgement, shame, and guilt around it won’t help anyway.⠀ .⠀ Give yourself compassion - and know this is a normal human response to life.⠀ .⠀ AND please know you can do the best you can to feel good in your body. Do your best to move in ways you can, something indoors? An online class you do at home? A walk outside (if you can keep your distance away from people )? Allow yourself to eat what you want and tune into your body while eating - what feels good right now? Whatever that is, that’s up to you.⠀ .⠀ So be gentle, this is an interesting time in all of our lives so allow yourself to go with the flow - and do the best you can, that’s all you can do!⠀ . ✔ Follow us ( @NutritionsTutorial ) for the best daily Health & Calorie Intake Guides🏃🏻‍♀️ #NutritionsTutorial 🏃🏻 📸 Credit: @thebodylovesociety .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #howtoloveyourbody #theundiet #theundietacademy #healthateverysize #foodfreedom #allfoodsfit #intuitiveeating #wellnessthatworks #wellnessmama #mindfuleating #bingeeating #wellnesswithouttheobsession #mindbodyandsoul #ditchthediet #antidiet #bingeeatingdisoder #bodypositivity #selflovejourney #selfcare #balance #bingeeatingrecovery #bingeeatingdisorderrecovery #nourishnotpunish #dietsdontwork #comforteating #undieter #stresseating #netflix #bodyimage

Hands up if you want food to be EASY 🙋🏻‍♀️🙌🏻⁣ •⁣ •⁣ 👉🏻You know those people who can eat what they want and not seem bothered by it? ⁣ 👉🏻The ones who can have a few slices of pizza and just move on with their lives? ⁣ 👉🏻The people who DON’T feel like food takes up all their brain space? ⁣ 👉🏻The ones who are ‘normal eaters’? ⁣ ⁣ That can be you, too ✨⁣ ⁣ Right now, you probably feel obsessed with food. It’s on your mind what feels like 24/7. It takes up WAY too much of your mental energy- not only the decision itself, but the guilt and shame that comes with making the ‘wrong’ decision. It’s overwhelming 😱⁣ ⁣ Even worse, stepping away from that obsession requires you to tackle your relationship with food (and body ) from a thousand different perspectives that just feels like way too much to handle 😬 You’ve tried to allow all foods, but you ended up bingeing and feeling even more out of control than before. Where do you even start? It’s messy, and not as simple as just following 10 magic steps.⁣ ⁣ Healing your relationship with food and body will have it’s messy moments - but navigating it with someone who understands & can support you through the process can make that mess less stressful and more empowering 🌈⁣ ⁣ I help my clients understand their relationship with food from their own unique perspectives (hint: it often isn’t about the food ). We work to decode their patterns and challenge their food rules so they can get through the messy middle in a way thats allows them to be comfortable with the discomfort of it all. Most importantly, we make sense of their relationship with their bodies so they can work towards neutrality and acceptance and heal their relationship with food along the way 🥰⁣ ⁣ If you’re feeling like your messy middle is causing you increased guilt and you don’t know how to effectively tackle healing your relationship with food and body, click the link in my bio to apply for 1:1 coaching ✨⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣

We know that there are even bigger things going on than those in self isolation. This virus is taking lives and the economy is really suffering and this is a huge deal. But for the everyday person secluding themselves at home — we’ve been hearing a lot of people saying “just use this time to catch up on TV, take long baths and relax”. But many people’s self isolation does not look like that. There are a lot of people having a really hard time. Whether it’s being exhausted by wrangling kids all day AND also trying to work. Having mental health issues heightened because of the seclusion. Issues in the home with domestic abuse etc. Being on the frontlines and your family is isolating without you. Having lost your job and worrying about supporting yourself. There are major things going on but I know sometimes you may feel so unseen when people are talking about relaxing and watching lots of TV and thinking that is definitely not my experience! (We’re feeling this too ). If food is an issue for you at this time, we have a quarantine quiz you can take and receive a personalized UnDiet Strategy to at least make food easier! Which of these reasons do you struggle with the most? Tell me in comments👇🏼 . . Many of my clients have NO idea why they keep eating until stuffed. 🤷‍♀️They tell me they honestly just really love food. 🙋‍♀️🍕On the other hand, they are tired of going to bed feeling sick and waking up groggy from eating too much the night before. They are tired of “making up for it” the next day because they feel afraid they will never reach their weight loss goals.😢 . . If this sounds like you, let’s start here: you aren’t a weirdo. I promise. Our bodies are built to survive. Your fullness cues are subtle on purpose. Your body wants to make sure you eat enough! It’s easy to all miss out on our fullness cues. 🤷‍♀️ If fullness doesn’t feel good to you, you’re not bad, you just need to learn a different way. I show you how to use your negative experiences to your advantage, so you can learn to eat enough, until satisfied, without guilt. 🙌🏻 . . One of my clients is working on fullness right now. Like most people, there is more than *one* reason why she has a hard time listening to her body’s cues as she eats. My No Guilt Framework helps you understand why you eat so you can be around food in ways that make you feel better. This is a good thing, because before working together, my client’s only strategy after overeating was to “get back on track tomorrow.” 😅This kept her stuck in a terrible food guilt cycle for more than half her life. And she’s done living the guilt life. 🙅‍♀️ .
