Protein pumpkin pie under 120 calories per slice 🎃🍰🔥 8 slices Total! . That means half of the entire pie is under 600 calories! Regular pumpkin pie has a crust, lots of fat, very little protein, and a bunch of unnecessary calories. This version tastes good and will take care of that craving. I like having it as a night snack with some fruit and ff whipped cream😋 . What you'll need: 2 eggs 1 can pure pumpkin puree 8 oz ff cream cheese 170g plain nonfat Greek yogurt 92g vanilla protein powder 3g cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 15g zero cal sweetner (optional ) 1 syringe vanilla flavdrops (optional ) . Mix everything in a food processor until SMOOTH. Line your 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper, spray nonstick and pour mix in. Convection bake 350 for 30 min then 300 for additional 5-15 min (oven dependent. It's ready when a toothpick can come out of it clean ). Here are some of the meals I made over the weekend. I'm still in a calorie deficit, but that doesn't mean I can't eat what I enjoy. Quantity of calories, not the quality of the food! 1. Protein pancakes with 1st Phorm Level-1 Milk Chocolate powder, Kodiak cake mix, peanut butter chips, and sour cream. 2. My favorite way to have eggs - - scrambled in bacon grease! And a slice of apple bourbon sausage, it was really sweet to the taste. I combine eggs, egg whites, onions, and shredded cheese. 3. My first ever attempt at making burgers. It's a lot simpler than I realized. I used 92% lean beef, but it was still so juicy! Like little lumps of heaven. 4. Pasta with more sausage and shredded cheese. 5. Hello and welcome to the beginning of my journey! . I rarely have full body photographs taken of me, and to be honest, the only reason this one even exists is because I wanted one taken with my baby surrounded by sunflowers. This photo was originally taken back in August this year purely for my eyes only, until today. . I've had enough of feeling embarrassed of myself, of wanting to hide myself away, of being stuck in maternity clothes because my pre pregnancy clothes may as well be scraps of cloth right now. Trying something new this week! I’ve made the ambitious goal to complete two, 60 hour fasts. Monday & Tuesday fasting, eat Wednesday, and fasting Thursday & Friday. I’ve never done anything like this before. I’ve done 2 day fasts before no problem, but never twice in a week. Hunger is also one of the first signs of dehydration. If you’re not drinking enough it’s your body’s way of saying “Please!! Need liquid, I don’t care if it’s the water from a cheap burger, I just need it!!” Not great. Whenever you feel hungry, stop, have a big glass of water & wait 10 mins. If you’re still hungry, eat! The water will aid your digestion anyway & you’ll absorb less of the fat from the food you eat. HELLO 👋🏻 I took some time away as my head wasn’t in the dieting frame of mind and tbh I just wasn’t enjoying myself at all. After a really really shit couple of months or so, I’ve taken the time away that I needed and I’m ready to get back on a diet and loose the flab! 👊🏻 I’ve decided that now I’m a full time mummy and I’m staying at home with Isla, I’ve got no excuse to not diet! Why a restrictive diet doesn't work?
