I bought a can of whipped cream yesterday for the first time in like FOREVER and oh my lord... I won’t be surprised if it’s gone by the end of the day😉 I know it’s one of those things that I’m sure many people have all the time but sometimes I get so stuck in my routine of what I eat and the foods I eat that I forget there’s different things out there, you know? I also bought vanilla ice cream last night which is also pretty basic yet I haven’t had it in ages! I always have magnums and different flavoured ice creams on the sticks but never good old vanilla. Here was last night’s simple dinner... honestly I debated on posting this because it’s not the prettiest meal but god it was so good #dEATs leftover noodles and a venison meatloaf my dad made-it’s just ground venison baked together with cheese n wrapped in bacon, and it was so good (mostly the bacon 🤪 ) Lately I’ve been thinking about eating more plant based, mostly for the environmental reasons- and eating local meat/fish is starting to become more important to me, ethically that is. Today’s lunch was some homemade tiki masala 😋 it was a perfect dish on this cloudy cold day!! #deats : 🔅1/2c light coconut milk, 16oz frozen cauliflower, can chickpeas, 2 chopped red bell peppers, 30oz can diced tomatoes, diced red onion, organic Garam masala, ginger, 5 gloves garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a dash of salt and add water if you want it to be more of a soup!

Banana bread, hell yeah 😎😂 I woke up this morning to it raining outside 🌧, so I figured today I would take a rest day. I thought what better to do than make banana 🍌 bread 🤤 A couple hours later the sun came out and I couldn’t help myself, I went for a run 😂 Its hard to stay in the house all day so when it’s nice out I like to go for a run 🏃🏼‍♀️ I love baked goods but I don’t love all the sugar that goes in to them 😕 So this is a ‘healthy’ banana bread if you will 🌟 Now I’m in bed with a big slice of this covered in @official_allamericanbutter 😋 • • • #dEATS 👉🏻 Mash 3 large bananas🍌 in a large bowl • Add 2 eggs 🥚 • Whole bunch of cinnamon • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 🍯(I use sugar free maple syrup ) • Table spoon or 2 of vanilla extract • 1 table spoon of baking soda • 2 cups of oat flour (I take 2 cups of rolled oats and blend them in my #nutribullet boom 💥 out flour ) I always add in the flour at the end, gradually • Lastly add in any add in’s you want, like chocolate 🍫 chips or nuts. I added walnuts 🥜 Bake at 350 for 50 minutes 💫

VERY PROUD OF THIS MEAL!!! Vegan buffalo cauliflower wings!! They were really delicious but a little spicy for some. I also served them with homemade fries and celery: ) // #deats •1 cauliflower head chopped up •extra virgin olive oil •1/4 cup flour •1/4 tsp garlic powder •3 Tbs milk of choice (I used coconut ) Put chopped cauliflower in ziplock bag and add some oil. Shake it up. Then add flour and garlic and coat them. Then add milk and shake it once more. Put in a greased pan/ baking sheet and Bake this for 25 min at 425 degrees. While baking mix together the sauce.... For this I mixed together a bunch of sauces but do you your own liking. Since I did this I don’t have exact measurements but I do know what I used •got sauce •barbecue sauce •ketchup •oil • @rudysbbq sauce 🤪 After the 25 min was up I coated the cauliflower in this mixture....then put it back in the over for 15 min. Add this #Passover Chicken Soup with Matzo Meatballs to your menus 🥣⠀ ⠀ Recipe #dEATs ⠀ ➡️ Ingredients⠀ 1 breast, ground, of Kosher for Passover Chicken⠀ 1 Egg lightly beaten⠀ 1/3 cup Matzo Meal⠀ Salt and Pepper to taste⠀ Canela (Cinnamon Sticks ) ground, to taste⠀ 10 cups Chicken Broth⠀ 1 cup Rice uncooked⠀ Organic Parsley for garnish⠀ For the noodles⠀ 3 Eggs⠀ 1/4 cup Water⠀ pinch Course Salt⠀ 2 Tablespoons Chicken Fat, for frying⠀ ⠀ ➡️ Directions⠀ -In a medium bowl, mix ground chicken, beaten egg, matzo meal, and desired amount of salt and pepper and a pinch of cinnamon.⠀ -Roll into small “meatballs”.⠀ -In a large saucepan over high heat, bring chicken broth to a boil.⠀ -Add uncooked rice and chicken meatballs.⠀ -Cover and lower heat to medium low; simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice and chicken are cooked.⠀ -Next, make the noodles. Dinner tonight is the easiest (but always tasty ) tofu and veggie stir fry with brown rice and avocado slices. #Deats - sauté broccoli (including the stems ), bell pepper, mushrooms, and a chopped clove of garlic in sesame or avocado oil until the veggies are cooked through (~10 mins ). Add in cooked tofu and drizzle with a hefty pour of tamari (~2 tbsp ), ~1/2 tsp sriracha, 1/8 tsp powdered (or fresh grated ) ginger. Enjoy!

🌱Nourish bowl with air fryer buffalo cauliflower and spicy mayo dressing🌈 For lunch I made kind of a random bowl of things from the fridge but it turned out to be so delicious 😩😍 I try and have at least one day per week where I try to eat completely plant based or at least vegetarian! This meal is vegan as long as you use vegan mayo for the dressing 😋 Healthy buffalo cauliflower👇🏽 • one head of cauliflower (or one bag of prewashed and trimmed cauliflower ) • 1 tbsp olive oil • 4-5 tbsp hot sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you want it ) • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (can also sub bread crumbs or almond flour ) ✨Toss your cut up cauliflower in olive oil, and drizzle on the hot sauce, salt and nutritional yeast. Toss until evenly coated. I cooked mine in the air fryer (390 for about 15-20 minutes ), but you can always bake them in the oven too. 5 ingredient guacamole 🥑 The amount of times I just throw stuff together without measuring is basically always and then I always wish I measured it so I can post the recipe just as is (I’m gonna try harder on that ) ... at least I know what ingredients thooooo lol. This GUAC was literally approved by a non guac-er (someone who hates on guacamole ) and my husband and I, as GUAC people, were amazed as to how good it turned out and with minimal ingredients. Ingredients: avocados, red onion, tomatoes, lemon juice and salt to taste! TIP: If you are not eating all of the guacamole, just place the avocado pit in the guacamole and no more browning! The lemon juice also helps with this as wel!! Let me know if you guys try it 🍅🍋🥑🧅🧂

Study for RD exam ✅ Arm and Ab Workout ✅ Lunch ✅ Cleaning ✅ My arms are KILLING me lol I started using my bands for my arm workouts and boy was I missing out this whole time 🤯 I love resistance bands they are Deff one of my favorite things to use for my home workouts during quarantine 💛 today’s lunch #dEATS 👉🏻 quinoa bowls 🥰 All i used was 1 cup or so of quinoa (prob a little more i don’t measure out my portions! ), steamed shredded carrots and broccoli with pepper and teriyaki sauce (so good my new fav ) and of course crispy chicken 🥰 I believe you gotta switch up your protein options on the reg.. you don’t want to eat the same type of protein everyday! made these cookies a few nights ago when my brother asked me to bake something... #justquarantinethings ! i was inspired by all the simple cookies i’ve been seeing so i threw these together with what i had at home and then turned out so good! 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg chocolate chips (i used @enjoylifefoods semi sweet morsels and mini chips for different textures ) cadbury eggs mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg until combined then add chocolate chips. roll into balls on a tray with parchment paper and press two cadbury eggs on to the top each cookie. bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes and enjoy : ) #dEATS #baking #foodie #cookies #hungryhungry #happyhealthy #yummy #sweets

Last night I made dinner for the fam, which was a nice break for my mom but also kinda therapeutic for me. I know all of my foodies can agree that baking and cooking during this time is a really nice release and good way to eat up some time😌 And if there’s anyone reading this that hasn’t cooked up anything during this quarantine I encourage you to try it out, it’s fun either way if you make something great or create an interesting disaster😂 But I will tell you this meal was far from a disaster, even though I was a tad nervous about my skills😬 I tried making potstickers for the first time & they were so good!! You may be suspicious of these ingredients and really, I was too. But I was very happily surprised by this loaf! It is moist, dense, and delicious - but be warned, this Carrot & Quinoa Breakfast Loaf is addicting. #dEATs ⭐️1 1/2 cups flour ⭐️1 cup cooked quinoa ⭐️1 tsp cinnamon ⭐️1/2 tsp nutmeg ⭐️1/4 tsp ginger ⭐️1 tsp baking powder ⭐️1/2tsp baking soda ⭐️pinch of salt ... ⭐️1 cup oat milk ⭐️1 tsp ACV ⭐️2 Tbs flax meal + 4 Tbs water ⭐️1/4 cup maple syrup ⭐️2 cup carrot ⭐️1/2 cup chopped nuts 1. Mix the ACV and oat milk in a bowl and let sit. 2. Combine all dry ingredients. 3. Add the oat milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Then add in the remaining wet ingredients except carrots and nuts. Fold together. 4. Add in the carrots and nuts and combine. 5. Bake in a loaf tin at 350 for 55-60 minutes. . . .
