Wearing a Rogue top because I made a pathetic attempt at CrossFit and now I think I’m Mat Fraser - MURPH😅 - Kinda did murph, mostly didn’t🤷🏼‍♀️ • 1 mile run (7:02 ) • 50 assisted pull ups, then switched to 50 rows • 200 push ups, half on knees • 300 air squats • 1mile run (8:06 ) - By far the easiest bits for we’re the squats and the running, but that was to be expected. Pretty happy with how it went given it’s my first try, but I know that 60% of it probably wouldn’t have even counted🤢 - I WILL NOT be making an appearance in CrossFit any time soon, I like breathing😳 - #powerlifting #crossfit #gym #fitness #strong #girlswholift #motivation

Before boobs & lockdown 🤣 . Can’t explain how much I’m struggling with this lockdown. Not being able to exercise or go walks because im recovering from my surgery is killing me, there’s only so much movies you can watch and games you can play 😴 My diet was terrible last week but this week I’ve reduced my calories because I’m lucky if I’m doing 1-2k steps per day and barely burning any calories. I’m aiming to focus on my nutrition more and go for long walks when I’m able to walk normally again without holding my boobs 😂 However, I’m so so proud of my clients sticking to their home workouts and getting their steps in for the day even if they are putting me to shame 🥰💘
