¿EL PAN ENGORDA? Un nuevo tópico ha caído. El pan era alimento prohibido para aquellas personas que querían adelgazar, pero lo mismo que sucedió con el aceite de oliva (se nos dijo que era malo para el corazón, todo lo contrario que la realidad científica ) o con el pescado azul (también malo para el corazón cuando es una mina de salud ), ahora se le ha rehabilitado. Los científicos dicen que para adelgazar, no hay que abandonar el pan, sino moderar la ingesta de grasas. El pobre pan siempre ha tenido muy mala fama entre quienes siguen un régimen de adelgazamiento, y suele ser lo primero que se elimina de la dieta cuando uno quiere perder peso. Sin embargo hay algo que está muy claro: 100 g. de grasa aportan 900 calorías (Kc ), mientras 100 g. de pan sólo unas 240 calorías, y de un total de 2.500 calorías diarias que podemos ingerir si comemos muchas grasas la situación empeorará. El pan está en la base de la que llamamos la pirámide nutricional Lo que debemos comer más con un total de 6-10 raciones diarias por bollos o galletas (40-50g. ), pan (40-60g. ), cereales (30-40g. ), arroz (100-150g. ), legumbres (100-150g. ), y pasta (100-150g. ), mientras las grasas y los aceites están en la punta de la pirámide y deben tomarse con mucha moderación. Los expertos dicen que, contrariamente a lo que sugieren la mayoría de las dietas de adelgazamiento, los hidratos de carbono son enemigos declarados de la obesidad y 100g. de pan sólo aportan el 10% de las calorías que necesita una persona. Otra cosa es que el pan se utilice, como es frecuente, para rebañar el plato, untar las salsas o la mantequilla o rellenarlo de embutidos. Además, el pan aumenta la sensación de saciedad, se acumula en menor cantidad en forma de grasa corporal y la fibra reduce la absorción de energía a través del intestino. Meine Morgenroutine: Einen halber Liter sehr warmes Wasser trinken, immer wieder mit Sole, Zitrone oder Bitterkräutern. Kurmäßig trinke ich nun auch immer wieder puren Selleriesaft auf nüchternen Magen - ganz nach @medicalmedium Je nach Jahreszeit und körperlichem Wohlbefinden. In der Zwischenzeit darf sich mein Porridge essbereit machen. Und dann gibt's Wärme für den Bauch - am liebsten in Form von Hirse-Haferflocken-Porridge, Quinoa oder Buchweizen. Gewürze runden den warmen Brei ab - am liebsten Kardamom, Tonkabohne oder Vanille und immer wieder auch Zimt. Beeren dazu sind meine absoluten Favoriten, auch Nüsse sind immer dabei, Hanfsamen und Mandelpüree, gerne aber auch mit Kokosmilch. Es schmeckt immer ein bisschen anders aber immer absolut genial lecker, zum Hineinlegen😍 Ich liebe meine Morgenroutine! Meine Verdauung ist TOP und ich fröstle nicht so schnell wie früher. 🍝🍝Pasta con champiñones y queso de cabra🍄🧀 La pasta es muy versátil, pega con todo😋 y es muy rápida de preparar, qué más se puede pedir?? Para hacerla más saludable❤ hay que optar por pasta integral, acompañarla siempre de alimentos saludables🥦 y que la proporción de éstos sea superior a la de pasta. Hoy os traigo esta receta de espaguetis con champiñones y queso de cabra que no tiene ningún misterio y quedó riquísima. 📝 Ingredientes (1 persona ): • Pasta integral 100g • 5 champiñones • 1 puerro • Medio pimiento rojo • 1 diente de ajo • Queso de cabra (con moderación ) 👩‍🍳 Preparación Tardas en hacerlo lo que tarda en hacerse la pasta. Lo primero es poner a hervir con sal el agua, mientras tanto cortar en cuartos los champiñones y ponerlos 3min al microondas para que suelten el agua. Cortar 🔪🔪el puerro, el ajo y el pimiento y sofreirlo con el aove en una sartén. Incorporar los champiñones cuando estén, salpimentar y dejar que se haga todo junto hasta que se empiecen a tostar. Incorporarlo a los espaguetis ya cocidos y decorar con el queso de cabra.p ⏱ Tiempo total de Preparación: 15 minutos Me encanta😊😊

RAW CHOC RASPBERRY SLICE 🍫 A perfect crunchy nut base, balanced out with a sweet creamy raspberry layer, topped with delicious raw chocolate ✨ such a lush, dreamy combo 💕 • • Base 3/4cup almonds 1/4cup sunflower seeds 1/3cup cacao powder 3tbsp coconut oil 120g dates •mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbs form and the mixture sticks together when pressed •spoon mixture into a lined tin and press down • • Raspberry layer 2cups raspberries 2/3cup cashews 20g shredded coconut 2tbsp maple syrup or to taste 1tbsp coconut oil •place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined and smooth •spoon the mixture onto the base, making sure it’s evenly spread and smooth •place in freezer • • Choc layer 1/3cup coconut oil 1/3cup maple syrup 1/3cup cacao powder •melt the oil & syrup in a saucepan until melted and combined •mix in the cacao powder •spoon the chocolate over the slice and evenly spread •place in freezer •allow to set before slicing •tip- use a hot knife to cut to avoid the chocolate from cracking • enjoy

Just leave the sausage out! . Serve with lots of Guac and Salsa for proper dipping 💃 🙌 : : : : Egg and Sausage Breakfast Taquitos : : : : 10 cooked sausage links (that you buy frozen in a box and cook according to directions ) 6 eggs beaten 1 tbls taco seasoning 1 cup diced bell pepper salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 10 (6” ) corn tortillas . Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray. In a skillet, sauté the peppers up in a tbls of butter, add the beaten eggs and season with salt, pepper and taco seasoning. Cook eggs until just set. Remove to a plate. Warm the tortillas on a hot skillet or microwave for 30 seconds until they are pliable. Divide the scrambled eggs among the tortillas and top with shredded cheese. Place a sausage link on top. Roll up and place, seam side down, on baking sheet. Spray Taquitos lightly with cooking spray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa and guacamole . . ***These freeze beautifully. Cook as explained above and allow to cool fully. Wrap individually in foil or place in ziploc freezer bag.
