It’s an extremely convenient snack with carbs and protein that does not require any preparation. This is just one example. You could grab a different fruit, yogurt, or protein bar. First I love this photo of us!! Real talk about marriage … (Toms probably reading this thinking oh f* ) • • But seriously what do they tell you about marriage?? I've been told some serious BS. about it by the perfect social media couples telling and showing everyone only the good side. They create a false reality. We are pretty honest about the struggles in marriage and life. It isn't easy, but thinking about it is anything easy?.. • • My truth is a little different.. Its crazy, There is no one way to do $h**, You're both right most times, It takes work, It takes effort. Some days there are things you have to do that you don't want to do and When you are used to being single how do you change that?...Well truth is (our truth ) that you need to build habits for a healthy marriage like understanding each other on another level by communicating, trusting each other even if others in the past have screwed you -find a way to let it go and recognize your new partner is different they are special, listening when they vent (don’t always need to say anything but sometimes just holding space helps ) scheduling date nights or alone time, talking about goals on a regular basis, workout together-sounds corny but this keeps relationships strong you will both feel empowered together,  i also heard one i want to start doing read together. These are all things we have been slowly implementing since we became best friends even before we got married like listening and communicating. I am truly grateful for my amazing, sexy, kind, funny and strong husband who wants to put in the work with me, i will forever be grateful for him! ✨ • • To sum this up before i tell you about our 20,000 marriage stories... success in marriage is the sum of small efforts focused on showing love & appreciation repeated every single day. Again I am extremely grateful to have found my swole mate, partner n crime, git down and dance partner, and best friend who not only supports me (especially lately ) but is the best bonus dad to Juliette. It's not easy to be a parent there's always new challenges and the same within marriage. Just show the f$ up for you and your partner! Are you doing this?! 🔼⬇️⬇️⬇️
