With meal timing it is something that will not be an issue as long as you hit the right amount of calories. . You could have a small breakfast, Huge lunch, no dinner, . ONE TOPIC THAT’S ALWAYS IN DISCUSSION‼️ - Uffffff....will I ever be able to lose that stubborn belly fat? 🥺😖😒😏😭😢 - This question sounds quite familiar right? 😉 - While “SPOT REDUCTION” is a MYTH especially for coaches like me who believe in facts that are backed by science, one should try to follow the right method towards reaching their goals. - So here i am with the most awaited topic & a step by step guide for “Losing that stubborn/ resistance fat around your belly”. - Simply put - In our body we have 2 types of receptors - ALPHA & BETA RECEPTORS. - ✅ BETA RECEPTORS can be thought of as the “GOOD RECEPTORS” as these help INCREASING LIPOLYSIS (FAT BREAKDOWN ) & blood flow in the adipose tissue (FAT TISSUE ) - In contrast, ❌ALPHA RECEPTORS are distinctly bad, INHIBITING LIPOLYSIS & blood flow in adipose tissues. - Fat cells with a high amount of ✅ BETA RECEPTORS are relatively easy to mobilise while those with a high amount of ❌ALPHA RECEPTORS aren’t. - Let’s not bore you with a lot of science 😉 - So by now we are clear about one thing‼️ If your belly fat has been hanging around for quite some time...you can probably blame the ❌ALPHA RECEPTORS 🤣🤣🤣 - SO....WHAT CAN BE DONE ✅ IN SUCH A SCENARIO? - ✅ EXERCISE REGULARLY - To mobilise fat from the fat cells, one needs to ensure there is enough physical activity happening to create blood flow to these cells so that the FFA (free fatty acids ) can be released into the bloodstream & be utilised as energy by the working muscles. - ✅ EAT CLEAN - “ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN & WORKED IN THE GYM”.... and that’s true‼️ Choose Nutrient dense foods over Calorie dense foods. Avoid eating out /junk food. Keep your protein intake high 👍🏻 - ✅ STAY IN CALORIE DEFICIT - Fat loss takes place when we consume fewer calories than we expend. One needs to be in calorie deficit to ensure FATLOSS which will eventually result in a leaner look overall. - ✅ COMBINATION TRAINING - Neither just cardio not just strength training is the answer. One has to combine both “CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING” for beat results. Use variety of exercises to train all the major muscle groups & target training your abs/ back/ obliques 3-4 times a week
