sooo breakfast for dinner (or at anytime is really just fabulous ). favorite meal is definitely: brunch. . Okay so now that you know that; you should also know that some days I make my brekkie extra af and other days it looks like I made it with my eyes half closed. This being one of the lather. . I love using @betteroats cinnamon roll flavor, making them with nut milk, cinnamon protein powder ( @dioxyme ) and then covering them in stuff like this: fresh 🍎, nut butter, @g2gbar protein bar, @salbachia chocolate covered chia seeds + coconut flakes. Plus some pumpkin seeds...I’m sure I’m forgetting something else but basically ITS ALL IN THERE 👏🏻🥰🤩 happy day before day before Fri(yay ) #apaigeofpositivity

I grew up with my mom always making us the best grilled sammies 😍🍞🥬 whipped these up for lunch today and wanted to share: fresh @labreabakery triple cheddar bread sliced and buttered on both sides. Layered up with my favorite turkey from @pvt_selection wildflower honey, Havarti cheese, power greens, honey mustard, and pesto. Grill on med heat both sides until golden brown. Thin mint chocolate chip brownies are hereeeeee😍🌱🍫 the base is made from @siggisdairy greek yogurt and the rest probably with ingredients you have on hand... here’s the new #recipe . In a bowl, mix wet ingredients together: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted ), 1/4 cup honey, and 1 tsp of peppermint essential oils (extract works fine too ) In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: 1/3 baking cacao, 1 tsp baking powder, 3/4 cup flower and dash of salt. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, beat together. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips (add more if desired ) Bake at 350F in a greased 8x8 pan (adding more chocolate chips if desired ) for 28-30 minutes until fork is clean; top with powder sugar. 20 minute simple dinner idea 👏🏻🥦😍 thaw frozen cod one day in advance to using it (I used @sitkasalmonshares ) cook in oven for 15 minutes at 400F; seasoned with lemon juice, @freshjax rosemary lemon salt + basil. Meanwhile cook @alessifoods creamy cheese + broccoli risotto on the stove and also sautéed broccolini with some pepper and olive oil while risotto is cooking !!! happy Monday sweet friends #apaigeofpositivity

💥new recipe alert💥 you’re going to want to save this one for later!! Mediterranean Rainbow Bruschetta🥒🍅🥖 Here’s what you need: • 1/2 cup diced cucumber • 1/2 cup diced red onion • 1/2 cup crumbled feta • 1 cup diced rainbow grape tomatoes • 1 fresh baguette • 1/8 cup balsamic glaze (plus additional for drizzle ) • salt + pepper to taste Chop up all ingredients (besides bread ) and fold together. Save this for the next time someone asks you to bring a dish/dessert to pass before you even offer 😉🍓 buy some fresh berries + colorful grapes and 1 bag of white chocolate. After fruit is washed and dried, melt chocolate in 30 second intervals with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Using a butter knife, start to ‘glue’ the fruit together. Once you use all the berries, drizzle left over melted chocolate over berries to make it look like you tried REALLY hard but really ya just know how to wash fruit and use a butter knife. I made these EPIC everything but the bagel seasoning sandwiches for brunch this weekend for jack and I 😍👏🏻🥑 it was packed with literally everything from @traderjoes everything but the bagel: greek yogurt dip, chibatta buns, salmon, and then I added micro greens, red onion and mashed avo...DROOL. change: a word that makes me feel incredible uncomfortable. The past month has been nothing short of that - moving across the country, seeking new friends, working full-time, adjusting to a new schedule. I don’t have it figured out yet; it’s going to take me awhile. . I keep murmuring to myself: “court give yourself grace” ...whatever the case is. In this instance: my ED has been fighting with me for eating 3 well rounded meals a day without the incredibly active lifestyle I lived in college - I now sit stationary for 9 hours a day.
