L'occasion de se recentrer sur soi et faire le plein de bonnes ondes, même sous la pluie ☔Voici un de mes plats favoris qui vous mettra en #summermood 🤤🌈 _________________________________________________ Bowl sucré salé au poisson, version saumon aujourd'hui 😋 Pour un bowl : - 1 à 2 poignées de riz complet - 1 demi avocat - 1 demie mangue - 1 demie betterave - 100g de saumon bien frais 🐟 - 2 c. à s. de vinaigre de riz - 1 c. à c. de sucre - 1 c. à s. de sauce soja - graines au choix pour le topping, ici sésame grillé _________________________________________________ 🔹Faire cuire le riz dans un grand volume d'eau salée selon les instructions du paquet 🔹Pendant ce temps, préparer le poisson et le couper en dés. Mettre les dés dans un saladier et ajouter la sauce soja, éventuellement du jus et zestes de citrons, le vert d'un oignon nouveau haché finement. Filmer et réserver. 🔹Une fois la cuisson du riz finie, l'égoutter et le passer sous l'eau froide jusqu'à ce qu'il tiédisse. Le mettre dans votre bol et y ajouter le sucre et le vinaigre, bien mélanger. 🔹Éplucher et tailler les fruits et légumes en cubes et les disposer par dessus le riz. Ajouter vos dés de poisson marinés et finir par les graines de sésame. 🍋 Petit bonus diet' : le saumon est un poisson gras, source d'oméga 3. Vi è capitato di desiderare una buona salsa per condire i vostri hamburger, le piadine, il pollo arrosto o semplicemente dei crostini di pane, senza dover ricorrere a quelle industriali super fat? Oggi vi scrivo la soluzione, palesemente in versione LIGHT! “SALSA TZATZICHI” 🥒 Ingredienti: • 300g di yogurt greco • 2 spicchi d’aglio • 1 ciuffo di erba cipollina • Un mazzetto di menta fresca • 1 cetriolo • 3 cucchiai di olio evo • 3 cucchiai di aceto di mele • Sale qb PROCEDIMENTO: Lavate ed asciugate il cetriolo, poi tagliatelo a metà ed eliminate i semini, quindi grattugiatelo (buccia compresa ), salate e lasciatelo a scolare per mezz’ora. Una volta eliminata l’acqua, schiacciate l’aglio, tritate l’erba cipollina e la menta e mettete tutto in una ciotola. Aggiungete l’olio evo, l’aceto di mele e mescolate tutto fino a quando si sarà formata una cremina. Aggiungete lo yogurt ed amalgamate bene. Lasciate riposare in frigo per un’ora prima di servire. La vostra salsina è pronta per essere gustata... un’esplosione di sapori?😚 Io mi diverto a pucciarci dentro delle verdurine crude, come carote, finocchi, gambi di sedano. P.S. Since glute training has become super popular recently, here are my top 6 glute building exercises.- - Each exercise will depend on how flexible and mobile you’re, for example if doing deficit sumo deadlifts hurts your hips, or you round your back doing deficit stiff leg deadlifts or full depth squats then just do the other exercise or skip it all together.- - The more you do these exercises, the more flexibility and mobility you will get doing them and maybe one day you’ll be able to do the deficit version.- - Although all of these exercises build the glutes very well, they do target other muscle groups like the back, hamstrings(back of the leg ) and quad(front of the leg ).- - Even though I have included hip thrusts in this, I think most people once they’re past the beginner faze of training should rely on the other exercises and use hip thrusts as a finisher.- - Lunges with a wide step can be use in the same way also, where maybe you do squats, deficit Stiff leg deadlifts and then finish off with some high rep lunges.- - If anyone has anymore questions please leave them down below or drop me a private message here.

sweet potato breakfast granola banana bread 🍠🍌 the amount of loaves i’ve made and ate in the last several months is at an all time high but i’m not complaining! every time i bake a new loaf, i take one of my old recipes and tweak it a little to form a new recipe! this time, i used sweet potato puree instead of pumpkin. i also subbed some of the coconut oil with @siggisdairy vanilla cinnamon plant-based blend which has more protein than sugar per cup! definitely a go-to blend to add moisture and flavor into my breads and muffins ☺️ ingredients: 3 bananas, mashed 1/4 @siggisdairy vanilla and cinnamon blend 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 cup sweet potato puree 1/3 cup maple syrup 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sea salt granola, for topping directions: 1. preheat oven to 350F. prepare 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. add in @siggisdairy blend, sweet potato puree, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla. 3. add in whole wheat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. mix until combined. 4. transfer to baking pan and top with granola. 5. bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. #winniesbalance #dailysiggis #sponsored

If I could give only one tip about nutrition, it would be this: ditch the "all or nothing" mindset. Instead, practice a “better” mindset.🤯⁣ .⁣ .⁣ The "all or nothing" mindset describes when someone is trying to be *perfect* around their eating habits. If that standard of perfection isn’t met, that person often says F** it , falls way off the wagon and feels guilt or shame for not being able to meet those standards.🚫⁣ .⁣ .⁣ With a “better” mindset, you simply ask yourself, “How can I make a little bit better choice than I usually do without the need for perfection?”✅⁣ .⁣ .⁣ Examples:⁣ 🌀Out to eat and craving the fries? soft-baked Chocolate Chip Cookies right in time for the weekend! 🤩 these classic chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free & dairy free, made from a mix of almond + oat flour, coconut sugar, olive oil & a few other basics! I threw in some white chocolate chips just for fun and they’re so delicious👌🏼recipe below for your convenience, and also on the blog! 💕 - Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies, makes 24 small cookies, or about 14-15 larger ones: 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup oat flour 1 egg, at room temperature 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or 3/4 cup large Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk together the sugar, maple, oil vanilla and egg. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well. On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop out 1 tbsp work of batter about 1 inch apart, I used a small cookie scooper. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven and tap the pan on the stove top 1-2 times to flatten the cookies. Let cool for 10 minutes.
