Burn baby burn 💪🏻🔥💪🏻🔥 🦖 Today was upper body and more upper body ! Everything is on fire shoulders biceps triceps back lats , you name it and it got worked today !! But hey tank top weather is coming so need to work that upper body good lmao 😂 Perseverance do you value this , what does this look like to you ! Life is strange right now , life is challenging in ways no one has ever had to deal with before right now but everyone is going through it and no one is exempt ! So do you have perseverance to get through it ! Do you keep driving forward and coming through each day giving your all ! Don’t get me wrong there are ups and downs throughout the day , times get stressful , they get overwhelming, but each time those feelings creep in , stop ✋🏻 take a deep breath and think of how you can overcome and move on ! If you let all the stresses of your day build and build you will turn to negative outlets to relieve them ! Don’t do that ! I have my workouts as my morning therapy to clear my head and prepare for my day , I’m lucky I’ve always worked out at home so this didn’t disrupt that ! Then when I get home from my day I find ways to focus on my family , on me , on letting go of the day ! You have to find ways to occupy your mind and please don’t do it with food , alcohol or sadness! Una cosa che non molti sanno è che dopo l'esperienza delle trazioni del 2019 mi era quasi venuta la malsana idea di ripetere con i burpees 🤣 . Ve lo immaginate un anno nel quale si fanno 15000 burpees? 🤸🏻‍♂️ . Ci voleva proprio la tendinite ai gomiti per farmi rendere conto che non era una buona idea 🔥 . Per come stanno andando le cose quest'anno è probabile che lo dedicherò a preparare una base fisica migliore in vista del prossimo 🤔 . 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒 • 👉🏻 Its Emma! With no experience in the gym setting and habits that were reducing the likelihood of achieving weight loss goals. Emma’s mindset is the biggest achievement here… • 📝 It started with constant battles to get Emma to put more effort in. If I wanted an RPE 7-8, she gave me an RPE 5-6. It was only when we sat down and put motivating factors in front of her, we began to see Emma’s drive and determination to achieve goals in fitness and health. • 🍏 Nutrition was something we highlighted that needed to be improved. Calorie control and weekend discipline needed to be installed to maintain progress throughout the training regime. • 💪🏻 With repeated bouts of HSR and GPP we managed to hit a deficit that saw significant reductions in body fat % recorded via skin callipers measurements. Additionally, we increased maximal muscular strength with a deadlift PR of 120kg! She also has significantly improved training performances over the last few months. This has been shown with continued bouts of RFD work in the BB High Pull position. • 🚨 RISK FACTORS: Emma had lost control of the arch of her foot which gave her symptoms of PF (Plantar Fasciopathy ). However, regular bouts of glute strengthening, and proprioception have improved lower limb mechanics substantially. H/Q ratios was causing knee sensitivity. Emma opted into my recent research into the Hamstrings and has seen break-point angles improve meaningfully. • 👏🏻 Well done Emma!

I'm finally getting a break from the constant nausea, yay 🎉and it's been 4 weeks so I figure I can start back soon. No gyms, but maybe some water-filled milk bottles will do the trick! Right when my deadlifts were starting to get better again , they just had to close the gyms huh 🙄 well I'm glad deadlifts was my last workout to be honest these reps are getting better and better.
