Les presentamos Beta-alanina de BIG®. La beta-alanina (o β-alanina ) es un aminoácido de tres átomos de carbono (nombre IUPAC ácido 3-aminopropanoico ). Se diferencia de la α-alanina por la posición del grupo amino. La beta alanina es un aminoácido presente de forma natural en nuestro cuerpo. La cuestión interesante respecto a este aminoácido en el deporte, es que cuando se combina con otro aminoácido, la histidina, forma un dipéptido conocido como carnosina. Esta sustancia está presente en los músculos, y actúa principalmente como un amortiguador (una sustancia que tiene un efecto tampón ) para gestionar las variaciones de pH. En los últimos años, la investigación ha demostrado las ventajas adicionales de la carnosina. Una cuestión interesante es que, al igual que con la creatina, es posible "cargar" el músculo de carnosina tomando beta-alanina, obteniendo beneficios aún mayores. El ejercicio con pesas (entrenamiento de resistencia ) es principalmente una forma de ejercicio anaeróbico. La beta alanina se ha demostrado que tiene un efecto positivo sobre la resistencia anaeróbica a través de su capacidad de efecto "tampón", que consiste en un amortiguamiento de los iones de hidrógeno (H+ ) y, por lo tanto, retrasa la aparición de la acidosis láctica dentro de la célula muscular. La suplementación con beta-alanina puede permitir más trabajo y más repeticiones del ejercicio antes de llegar a la fatiga muscular. ⭕️SMITH MACHINE VS FREE SQUAT⭕️ ⁣⁣⁣ ️⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣❗️Le tecniche di sollevamento sono definite da azioni molto specifiche per prestazioni sicure ed efficaci, pertanto una corretta biomeccanica è uno dei fattori più importanti da tenere in considerazione quando si selezionano esercizi di forza. ⁣⁣⁣ ⚠️Un esempio classico è l'uso degli squat tradizionali a peso libero e degli squat alla smith machine ( castello ) come esercizi intercambiabili per la parte inferiore del corpo. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣📍Sebbene entrambi gli esercizi mostrino varie differenze a partire dal percorso della barra e dal posizionamento del piede, dalla diversa cinematica, dalle attivazioni muscolari e dai conseguenti adattamenti, nell’immagine voglio mostrarti una bella analogia che ti permetta di capire il ruolo degli stabilizzatori muscolari su questi due diversi esercizi. ⁣⁣⁣➡️Lo squat sulla Smith machine è come disegnare una linea retta con il supporto di un righello. Fondamentalmente, poiché la barra (matita ) è fissata su un asse verticale, fintanto che tieni la "matita" contro il righello e disegni, disegnerai una linea retta. ⁣⁣⁣Ciò significa che non avrai bisogno di stabilizzare il tuo corpo quanto dovresti fare in uno squat a peso libero. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣➡️Infatti, quando invece ti accovacci utilizzando una barra libera, dovrai mantenere il baricentro in asse con i piedi, al fine di mantenere l'equilibrio ed esprimere la forza in verticale. Ciò richiede una maggiore attivazione degli stabilizzatori muscolari:.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣👍🏻Proprio come quando provi a disegnare una linea "dritta" senza l'uso di un righello: dovrai fare affidamento sulle tue abilità di stabilizzatore per trasferire tutta la forza in verticale e non rovinarla! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣Si tende ad avere una maggiore attività del soleo, vasto laterale, bicipite femorale, stabilizzatori addominali, erettori lombari e muscoli lombo-sacrali. L'aumentata attività EMG di questi muscoli può essere attribuita al loro ruolo posturale e di stabilizzazione. 🤔Ma uno è meglio dell’altro? Prima di tutto dipende dal risultato dell’atleta, se dovessi fare squat per sempre nella vita sceglierei sicuramente lo squat a peso libero. Ma utilizzo molto spesso la Smith machine per varianti.

MOOINIIIII 💪🏻 Was geht so ab bei euch zuhause? Ich hab gerade 30 Minuten Yoga gemacht - ja richtig gelesen. Ich habe oft Rückenschmerzen und dehne mich viel zu selten. Wir haben gestern uns darüber unterhalten diese Zeit ohne Gym uns keinen Stress mit dem Krafttraining zu machen sondern das Ganze als Reha für unseren Körper zu nutzen, der so viel leistet. Schmerzen mal nachzugehen und aktiv etwas dagegen zu tun. Weniger Druck, mehr Gelassenheit. Ich denke es ist auch besser euch zu zeigen, dass ein Sixpack keine Dauersituation ist.
