Last set today of log presses. Did 170x3 for all 6 sets, will be upping the weight slightly next week. The sets where my shoulder wasn't aggravated the weight moved very easily. A major function of the glutes is to do that exact movement which makes it a good choice to have for an exercise. These are some of my favorites when making programs, but there are other good ones not included here too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ __⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When doing these exercises, some will be better than others for this, try to feel a stretch on the glutes followed by a contraction to move the weight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ __⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Most of these movements can be loaded heavy (5-10 reps usually ). Oh das war heute super eine gute Strecke und auch eine gute Zeit. 13,1 Kilometer in 1 Stunde 18 Minuten. Das kann sich sehen lassen.
