I am so excited to kill it in powerlifting, these next couple years especially. I have numbers I want to hit that get me so excited to even just think about it. Hopefully I will be competing later this year at a local meet. I can’t wait to crush the records and goals that I have set for myself. There is seriously no other feeling like powerlifting. It’s an addiction that makes you feel like your on top of the world. Your the most badass person out there who is loaded with determination and self control. It gives a sense of power and strength not just physically but mentally. It add confidence like nothing else. The feeling associated with competitions can never be explained. It’s like your the only person in the world and all that matters is lifting that freaking barbell. You tune out everyone else and it’s just you and the weight- the thing you have been training your BUTT off for. The crowd goes wild and screams for you while you hold on for dear life. The anticipation, the nerves, the victory, the tears, the accomplishment, it’s ALL so worth it.

Fitness goals are made with a balance of training, diet, and sleep. If your training program isn’t producing results, it’s time to check that you’re training for your unique neurotransmitter profile, man or woman. SHE’S BACKKKKK!!!!! - - Focusing on getting back into lifting heavy weight, but I kept it light-ish for now so I can have a smooth transition after staying at home for so long. Focused on mostly legs for today!! I can’t wait to GROW again😍 I lost like 6 pounds from quarantine... it doesn’t matter tho because I got some major goals for the next couple years in my powerlifting career. One of which is to get a new squat record, but this time a USPA World Record. I have to add about 100lbs on my squat before I turn 24. Honestly that’s really not that bad at all considering I have 3 and a half years. It will take CONSISTENCY and DETERMINATION and I know I can do it. My squat at my last meet for the state record was 259lbs and I have to get 354lbs in the next 3 years for the WR. Here we freaking go. - - - Hip thrusts: 3x15 (75lbs ) - - - Deadlifts: 4x7 (115 lbs ) - - - Goblet squats: 3x10 (20lbs ) tempo down - - - Split squats: 3x10 (each leg ) body weight. I feel like I do these weird lol. They always look awkward on video the way I do them. But I feel them the best when I do them this way sooooo I’m gonna keep with it! - - - Not recorded: Bicep curls, core leg lifts, handed kickbacks
