We’ve managed to get our hands on @orphanskitchen butternut dhal recipe - perfect for these cooler nights! It uses our red split lentils and has loads of fragrant spices so it’s full of flavour, not to mention being high in prebiotics and fibre. If you’re in Auckland and want a night off cooking, this dish is also on the Orphans At Home takeaway menu which you can pick up from their restaurant just along the road from our Ponsonby store. Recipe on the blog now.
