WHATS YOUR WHY?? wow it felt so blloooooody good getting back in the air today ✈️ skydiving is honestly one of the things that makes me feel so bloooody alive and truly happy! it’s the one place in the world where I’m on the plane and I’m free fall and under canopy and nothing else matters 🪂 this is it - i found skydiving when I was at one of my lowest points and really struggling with depression. I went up for my first tandem and after landing I have never felt so alive 😅 after feeling so low and feeling this high I wanted more, I wanted this feeling everyday not just once in a lifetime and that’s when I started googling how to become a skydiver 😍 and before I knew it I had applied to do a Diploma in commercial skydiving, dropped out of university, moved cities and my life had completely changed 💥 follow your gut team, what ever sets your soul on fire - chase it and never stop chasing... don’t settle for anything less 🌟

Super simple buckwheat pancakes for brekkie this morn to start off the week 👅 just realise my whole feed gonna turn into pancakes soon 😂 but these were so simple n yum ☀️ - 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 egg 🌟 Mix all together and fry on a non stick pan top w berries n choc sauce or nut butter 🙌🏽

HABIT TRACKER 🌟 I’ve been getting so many questions on these and they honestly work a treat! Whether your wanting to get back into routine, create a new habit, learn something new this works a treat - either draw or print one off and stick it on your wall somewhere you will see everyday 💥 it holds ya accountable and seeing it visually everyday keeps ya motivated as well as the feeling ya get when ya colour it in once you’ve completed it for the a day - a wee sense of achievement ☀️ and yes I now realise it’s may not June 🙃 woops cooked it! If ya after a template for one cause ya can’t be bothered making/drawing one just flick me a message and I’ll email you one ☀️ honestly believe in these so much and have had lots of people messaging saying it’s working a treat for them to! HEALTHY GF WEETBIX SLICE 👅 an all time favourite super simple and yummy 🙌🏽 INGREDIENTS - 6 GF @weetbix - 1.5 cups desiccated coconut - 1 serving @trueprotein cookies n cream (if you don’t have sub for another weekbix ) - 1/3 cup cacao powder - 1/4 cup pure maple - 1 tbsp honey (optional ) - 2 tbsp almond butter - 1 tsp vanilla extract CHOC TOP - 60g dark chocolate - 2 tbsp coconut cream - 1 tsp coconut oil METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and prepare baking tray 2. Blend all ingredients together until combined 3. Press mixture into baking tray 4. Bake for 15-20 mins 5. Once baked leave to cool 6. melt dark choc and coconut oil together then stir through coconut cream 7. Pour over base and leave to set in fridge 8. Slice and enjoy 👅

PANCAKE CEREAL FOR LUNCH ☀️ Pre chocolate sauce pancake cereal 😍 had seen this around it was definately a bit of me so got amongst it 👅 tried a new recipe to! In a blender add 50g oat flour, 15g protein of choice - I used @trueprotein banana n honey, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp @natvialiving sweetener, 1/4 cup almond milk 😍 blend till combine and find a squeezable bottle pour mixture into and make cute lil pancakes 🙌🏽 if ya don’t have a squeezable bottle, use a snap lock bag as a piping bag and cut the corner ☀️

Vegan corn and zuchinni fritters 👅 G.F - D.F - V - R.S.F Serves 1 Ingredients - 1/4 cup @ceresorganics chickpea flour - 1/3 cup fresh or frozen corn - 1 medium zuchinni grated - 1/2 tsp mixed herbs - Salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika - 1 heaped tsp @trueprotein glutamine (if you don’t have sub for natural flavour protein or extra chickpea flour ) Method Combine all ingredients together into a bowl and leave mixture to sit for 10 mins. Heat a non stick fry pan and make 3 fritters ! Cook each side and enjoy with fresh salad 🌱

STAYING ON TRACK ☀️ Anyone else struggling with staying on track and busy throughout the day during lockdown? This personally has been quite a struggle for me learning to slow down as I genuinely am the person who is always GO GO GO - where as soon as lockdown started I had nothing I had to do. No work, no uni, nothing I had to do and this has been hard for me I love being so busy! The way I have overcome this has been to write daily to do lists and set out time for the day for certain things I want to get done 🙌🏽🌟 Every night before I go to bed I write a list of things I wanna do the next day and sort them out into time blocks 🖊 this has been super helpful for me as once I’ve done it I will highlight it and I feel like I am accomplishing and getting things done and it has been working a treat for me ☀️ I honestly notice such a difference in the days I do this and the days I don’t - so good for my mental state! This is what I have planned for the day - every day is quite different im just trying to get some routine ☺️

21KM FOR 21 YEARS OF LIVING 💥 wowww this was a mission. Haven’t run in over 18 months and only trained for this for 40 days ☀️ my first run back was 3km and this killed me after only 3km - I left the house this morn and it started raining so I ran back home and thought ah I’ll wait an hour till it passes or I’ll do it tomorrow - but then I thought to my self what am I doing , why am I putting it off I have been planning this - just get my arse out there and frickeeen do it ☀️ and that’s exactly what I did, it was honestly one of the most challenging runs I’ve been on mentally, I’ve only ever done a half in a race environment so this one was quite different in the sense the only person I was competing against was my self 🙈 i hit 17km, had blisters brewing, a hill came, I stopped I walked 500m up the hill and then pushed my self to jog the rest 🏃🏽‍♂️ got it done! And I am feeling proud ☺️ if I can do it ! So can you 🙌🏽

VEGAN CHOC CHIP COOKIES 👅 these babiesss are so healthy mmm get on them 🙌🏽 🍪 1/2 cup almond meal 🍪 1/4 cup buckwheat flour 🍪 1 3/4 cup rolled/quick oats 🍪 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🍪 1 tsp baking powder 🍪 1 heaped tbsp coconut sugar 🍪 1/3 cup almond milk 🍪 1 tbsp pure maple 🍪 1 heaped tbsp almond butter 🍪 1 tbsp coconut oil 🍪 60g chopped dark choc of choice (last ingredient to go in - fold through ) METHOD 1 - preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare baking tray with baking paper 2 - add all ingredient into a bowl and combine (apart from chic chips ) 3 - fold through chic chips 4 - get a tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball and place on tray, press to flatten slightly 5 - cook for 15 mins or until golden 6 - enjoyyy 👅

START NOW. don’t wait for tomorrow, don’t dwell on yesterday start right now. Get a bit of pen and paper and write down all your goals whether this be in study, running, fitness, job, side hustle, weight ... what ever it is, write it down 🖊 and now look at each goal and break it down into smaller achievable goals so that it looks achievable and not overwhelming.. stick it on your wall where you will walk past it every day ☀️ you got this - it’s Monday - let’s smash it 🙌🏽 top tip - make a habit tracker and work towards your goal everyday, tick it off once you’ve achieved it for the day and know that all your little small daily efforts will add up to big results 💦

Vegan raw salted caramel choc cheesecake 👅 this is honestly the yummiest raw cake I have ever made for my sisters birthday yesterday 💥 - G.F - V - R.S.F - and still tastes so so good! Missing Australia aloooooot ☀️😢 the last 6 weeks I have learnt a lot about my self and learnt a lot about adjusting and shifting my passion/focus when things are out of my control 😮 all the goals I set at the start of 2020 are no longer achievable and out of my control and learning that that is okay and that I have to shift and set new goals and intentions for the remaining of 2020 ✨ as much as I am bummed about the fact that my world trip has had to be cancelled, skydiving has been put on a hold for me, I am jobless and so lost on what to do and where to go next 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have set some new goals for 2020 which involve running 21km on my 21st (7 days eeeek ), a full marathon hopefully a few months after, becoming a qualified personal trainer, a South Island road trip with a bestie ☺️ these opportunities wouldn’t have presented them selves if none of this Corona virus had happened! I truly believe everything happens for a reason and that the universe has us exactly where we are meant to be ✨ hope everyone survived lockdown okay and things are fingers crossed only going up from here 🙌🏽 but if your feeling lost and confused on what to do because your whole life has been put on hold that’s perfectly okay because I am to 🤷🏽‍♀️ just reminding my self daily to take it day by day and see what happens 🙈

Anzac Day mission 🚶🏽‍♂️ an old photo of me just missing sydney 🙈 I told my self a few days ago that on Saturday I was going for a 17km run, the last long run before I try for a 21km to celebrate my 21st in just over a week 💦 So stoked I got there, with my lack of training my one goal on my long runs has been to just run without stopping no matter my time! And that’s what I do 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s such a mental game, got a stitch at 5-8km wanted to stop, shins starting aching at 11km and when I stopped running at 17km I thought my knee was gonna give in 😅 but we got there and wow the runners high has kicked in 🙌🏽 get out there smash some goals this weekend , if ya goal is to a have a rest weekend - smash that goal to 💥 hope everyone is surviving lockdown ☀️

RAW MARS BAR SLICE 👅 Base - 1 cup oats - 1 cup desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup cashews - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 2 tbsp cacao powder - 1 tbsp pure maple Nougat Layer - 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight ) - 1 cup coconut cream - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 3 tbsp pure maple - 2 tsp vanilla extract Caramel Layer - 1.5 cups soaked dates - 1/3 cup almond milk - 3 heaped tbsp coconut oil Choc Top - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 100g your fav dark choc Blend each layer then place in freezer while making the next layer 🙌🏽🙌🏽
